I think you have to learn DC to have consistently good experiences there, or at least have alot of time to kill. 7th street is a TV area, but if you take time and WALK around you will find good and cheap SWs, especially after midnight. From what I can see, the pricing structure at ICM is totally different than at AMPs. In my past visits to ICM (many described in previous posts here), I have always paid a $100 house fee for 30 minutes and usually only tip a small amount on top of that, say $20, since the massage is usually lousy and I've never received anything more than a HJ (I'm always told that this is a HJ-only place and the girls really don't expect much in the way of tips above the house fee). This contrasts with an AMP, where the house fee is $60 for an hour with an authentic massage, and anything else is extra, $100 or sometimes more for FS.

And to Classicbuzz, my previous posts have also described experiences similar to yours at ICM and the AMP above it. But your post is not clear - have you ever received anything more than a HJ and some cuddling at ICM? If so, how were you able to get the extra services - did you leave cash on the table, etc.?

Stay far away from that area...it's all dudes. Your best bet as was mentioned ealier is the are of K St up to M St, and from 10th St to about 16th or 17th St's. Most start coming out at about 11 because that's when the LE shift change is. Hope this helps.

The method I mentioned of walking around to cut your deal with SWs has its pros and cons; one con being, as Trashman mentioned, that she might remember you if you "ditch" her when you you tell her you'll swing around with your car and get her.

BUT!!!! I am a no bullshit person and don't talk trash with the girls. Don't take this approach of walking around lightly, and view it as a way to get cheap thrills and mess with a bunch of sexy girls or you will pay the price. You asked about ICM's prices. I strongly suggest you try ICM out yourself to find out firsthand.
But if you prefer to hear about it before you open your wallet, well, the last time I was there it was $100 for a half hour. (Unofficially, you can have an extra 15 minutes where that "spare" time is for the chick to wipe you down, etc., so one could say it's $100 for 45 minutes....) And it's $160 for a full hour. Wow, eh? Btw, that price does not include tips.

To your question, the answer is that it all depends on what exactly you mean by being new to the scene. If you mean just new to picking up an SW, then she would be fine, but most of the girls are fine in that regard and it all depends on what you want, a quick bj in the car or FS in a hotel. Heres a good tip that will save you duckets, promise (sorry for the infomercial guys - this is not spam - but want to do this fellow newbie a favor).

Go to "the erotic review" (its one word - spamming policies here wont let me spell out the url - look it up on yahoo) and use the search form for escorts in Washington DC, then search based upon your criteria (skinny,athletic,latina, etc.).

The reviews are real and you will know if she is or is not a ripoff - guys are ruthless on that site if they dont get what was advertised.
