In Oregon we have the State Medical Board to send complainants to. I suggest looking at the State Of Washington Medical boards for guidance.

There are risks on both sides with new friends, so sticking with one that you know is preferable for me. When I see one I like, I encourage them to reach out anytime. Nice to get perks too!
