I'm no attorney but I think the court cases are less about the 5th Amendment (forcing YOU to hand over your password) than about having a backdoor so they don't need your password. Today's smart phones are nothing more than handheld computers and the Government will absolutely search your laptop / desktop if they have probable cause and a warrant.

I could see child porn if they monitor your web tracks but it still doesn't seem right. For photos it is your word against the provider's and if she was unaware or unable to say 'no' then how can she testify that you took photos and used that particular phone. Regardless, it should send a chill down one's spine.

I'm surprised no one has posted this yet. I saw this a few weeks ago on Ch 12 News. Guess that's a warning for us to stay away. No wonder the last time I was there it wasn't any good as my review stated. Oh well, onto the next one.

Quite a few of you visited the jungle house in New Berlin a few years ago. Did a name search on youtube and there is a news story. Very good segment. Looks like our friend is now in Colorado running a cannabis business. Her pics, she looks healthy and happy. Definitely put on a little weight. The good way, healthy style. There was a group that came up from Chicago that started all the uproar, hostile acts and damage. I don't remember the group name they sated but it was something with Russian. Like in the other serious problemed uproars they said that it is the outside groups that flood in to use a situation to advance their cause. Like mentioned, the law enforcement shootings get the attention but the gang or black on black shootings go untouched.
