I know many of the women and they all tell me they knew the photos would be posted. Now just so it is in the open, I gave a disk with photos on it to the person in question. They had a meeting and the woman decided against having the photos posted. So bottom line is we are the only two that will ever see them unless of course the subject changes her mind in the future. So lets just try to avoid speculation. That way we can focus on talking about the things we truly know about. Hope this offends no one. I'm just a bit tired of reading what someone thinks instead of what someone knows. Me I'm just an 'OL Gator.

There's a media story about a madam in New England who videoed client encounters. Those have fallen into the hands of LE, and are about to be (ab) used to prosecute the clients. Could something like this happen locally? Has anyone had a problem involving getting videoed in the act?

Now if the guys are on video offering to pay money for sex acts then clearly they have broken the law.

That I believe is the reason that one should be careful in these places. If memory serves standard practice in AMPs is to leave the house fee and a tip on the table in the massage room after the lady leaves to give you privacy to get undressed. Seems as though no one hands a lady any money directly, unless it is the house fee. Then no one EVER asks for sexual activities, nor ever mentions acts and certainly NO ONE EVERY asks for sexual activities in exchange for money!

But alas, I am sure there are a few skeptics in the crowd saying,"Hey Cephlapod Love, you telling me there are no "extras" at Philly AMPs?" Goodness, I think from evidence here, there is a good case to be made for some girls taking their own initiative and getting frisky. But alas, anything that happens between a massage patron and the girl isn't contracted for, paid for nor agreed to. Er, at least unless one opens their mouth and says something illegal like,"Hey, baby, how much for a blow job?" I can't see how there can be anything wrong with consenting adults letting their hormones wander into the birds and bees. Things happen. We are a weak species.

So I don't know what the tapes in Maine show. Maybe some idiots in hard bargain negotiations committing crimes? But hey, if one pays for a legitimate service, and never specifically requests illegal activities, I don't know how a prosecutor is going to turn that into a crime. Nothing illegal about getting a body rub from an unlicensed girl is there?

Even if there is no solicitation in the video, the madam will be apt to give her clients up to make a plea deal. So—I don't want my name in some sex worker's little black book. I don't even want my phone number in an SG's cell phone.

I have never walked into an AMP and given my real name. Never called a SWs, escort*** or AMPs from a phone registered in my name, the same number one calls the wife, siblings, friends and co-workers? Last time I registered at a notel, I didn't write down "Cephlapod Love" as my sign in name. Didn't write down the name on my birth certificate either. Last I checked, places like Hotel le Carlyle don't check IDs, nor verify sign in names. I have never had to show ID at an AMP in order to get a massage..... So...... Isn't this on par with having a burn-monger phone for the hobby or using GV as another layer?

I guess if one doesn't use those methods one might as well pay at the AMP with a credit card? I'm just sayin'

And this is not the only thing where it insists it knows better than you what you're trying to say. As to the identification of some sort, you may be asked for it regardless of your age. I had been a couple of times, and even though it'd be very flattering to assume that was because I looked youthful, I'm past the age when I could do that reasonably. I'm not sure what they're looking for, but they do sometimes ask for your drivers license. No idea why. Maybe LE asks them to look for someone? Who the hell knows.

Eh, I'd rank that up there with "public embarrassment!" If you are single it is one level of embarrassment having LE and prosecutors looking at yer pasty azz on tape [hey maybe some young ADA is into that kinda thing? ], but if you have a SO, then it rises to another level of "embarrassment". One that might get you a court date & custody payments. Or your car scratched to heck!
