They are greedy and will not stop till there is no more to get from you. They are the biggest con artists around. I do agree some are in a bad situation. But they all put themselves there. They shove the needle into their own arm. Glad you was not injured. Best not to give any money up front. When the deed is done then give a donation. If we could get all the lunk heads to do that we wouldn't be facing these issues. Oh well what are you going to do. The little head runs ahead of the big head and trouble ensues. GregorSamsa, sorry to hear of your encounter with Teea. You are the third person that I've heard had bad contact with that lowlife. Two other people emailed me with basically the same scenario but with different details.

One guy said she saw him on the street. Walked up and began a conversation. Told him she had been working for a carnival at Neshaminy Mall and got fired. He didn't mention the reason. Not that it makes much difference. Carnival workers are known thieves.

Both accounts of my contacts vary little. They said she wanted to do a date. They claimed to have no money.

She dazzled them with a load of bullshit about how handsome they are and how she finds them attractive. Would love to spend more time with them.

So much so that she offers to suck their dick for free and the next time they see her they should throw her ten or twenty to return the favor.

Of course they both fell for that hook line and sinker.

Here's where they both said the same thing. They decide to get in the vehicle and find a spot to do the deed. On the way to a spot, she decides she can't wait any longer and tells them she wants to do it while they drive. Sounds all and good. Free BJ on the road while driving. People driving past wondering why you are smiling. She unfastens the pants and while she's sliding the pants out of the way, it's my best guess that's when she does her dirty work.

One of the contacts gave me her number seven one nine six seven one four three seven one.

There are enough oddities to this encounter that others should steer very clear of her for obvious reasons.

First her claim to be a carnival worker. Contact with carnival workers male or female is a no no from the gate. Known liars, cheats and lowlife.

Second the area code 719.

Third her name, Teea.

Fourth a free BJ. Nothing in this world is free.

Remember that. These four clues alone should be a wake up alarm to dump her post haste. Every one of these clues stands out like a sore thumb.

Would be cool if some guys would call her and arrange a meeting and put play money wrapped by three one dollar bills in their pockets. Be your first three dollar BJ. That would fuck her over.

There's been an increase of cash and dash incidents out there. Want to advise everyone to be on your toes and don't be the next victim. I think the girls are looking at it like it is. They guys won't go to the police. It's important for everyone here to get on the same page and refuse up front money. If we don't then its going to continue. I have seen some messed up faces and black eyes on girls that have tried and failed. So whoever is clocking those girls the rest of us do appreciate your vigilance. Don't think you won't be a victim. It not only helps other mongers stay safe it also cuts down on the girls productivity. To bring to light another area of note this is happening more and more is Huntingdon station, around the corner on Jasper St, over by Emerald City there have been an increase of cash and dash. I've been told by Mongers this week alone there are at least seven, count them seven reports of cash and dash incidents. One of the girls name is Brooke. Medium height pretty girl with red hair. The other girl is "Jess" hanging and living around Emerald City. For those that don't know, Emerald City is at Emerald and Lehigh under the bridge. I have been told some guys are losing twenty, thirty, forty, one as much as seventy. The cash and dash is never going to stop out there. No matter how many reports of rip offs we post someone is going to think a girl can be trusted. Not so. Keep in mind that their own family can't trust them that's why the are on the streets,. So why should any of us trust them.

If Mongers don't want to take our suggestion to stop giving these girls money to pick up before the date then here's another solution to lower the risk. Everyone should stop carrying twentys. Going forward only carry five's and tens. If an agreed upon price is lets say fifty and you feel you just must let her get her stuff then try this. Tell her you will give her ten to go get it she can come back drop it off you will give her another ten and repeat until she gets what she needs. Or give her a five and repeat the same process. Tell her to get nicks instead of dimes. She don't like it tell her to find another date. That will immediately cut the cash and dash losses to five or ten instead of the higher numbers. Of course they will all say how they don't do things like this but we set policy not them. Just tell them to thank the other girls that screwed it up for them. They know who they are. They all talk about who they fucked over. So let them come up with a better solution. So this suggestion will work if implemented by one and all. Then anyone that gets ripped off for more than five or ten at a time deserves what they get. Me I'm just an 'OL Gator.

However, it is one thing to think or believe or even perhaps know some of these girls take the money to feed bad habits. It is quite another to give them money for the specific purpose of buying, and awaiting their return knowing the money you just gave them was turned over to bad guys. It is more than enabling IMHO. It is being downright complicit. Just MHO.

That point being mongers cannot with any certainty know what the money is being used for. That girl could be taking that money around the corner to her sick mother or any number of uses. So in all fairness to you there is no doubt in my mind that part of what you are saying is 50% or more true.

The complicity is an after effect based upon conjecture.

I have known girls to use the cash for cigarettes, food, lodging, car fare, or other necessities. I personally know girls that do that daily. I've seen them do it. If they contract cancer from smoking does that make monger enablers also. I don't think so. If they become obese did the mongers enable that as well? Highly doubtful.

Now let's look at the whole picture. If every monger was to take heed and just say "gosh I didn't know that, or I had no idea". It wouldn't change what has been set in stone since the beginning of time. Assuming all mongers did agree with your thoughts and decided to mend their ways, would there be a mass exodus to every known rehab, half way house or detox center? I think not. The addiction is stronger than any one act or group of us. Better minds than ours can't come up with a viable solution to the problem of addiction. Are they enablers for failing also? What about the churches that bring food, coats and blankets to the addicts? Are they enablers for helping them have the nourishment they need to continue life for another day? Knowing fully well they are addicts.

The dealers, the bad guys, the rip offs, the over doses are just an element of the trickle down effect of the addiction.

Now if that were to happen then the crimes committed by the girls would be far worse than a cash and dash incidents that are on the rise now. No matter how well made your point is it's all part of the evil system thrown at these girls and guys. Is there a sensible solution to the madness? Who knows? I'm not sure. What I am sure of is to date the solution hasn't been presented. Maybe you have a solution in mind?

The addiction was not created by any one or group of mongers giving the addicts money. That is something they had long before they came to that area. I personally know mongers that freely give addicts money to eat. I've witnessed that. What they do with the money I don't know. I respect your opinion but I find the enabling argument quite weak at best.

It is my very strong opinion the government does not wish to find a solution. I'm sure we all would like to see a viable answer to the madness. Sunday night I was in the mood so hit the stroll after midnight and ended up on jasper and see a WSW walking past Albert street so I pull over she's wearing a black leather jacket to her waist has a hat on and black shoe boots is thick has a fat ass and ok face but looked like she didn't belong looking too clean so I rode out the area just in case if she was undercover so we talk and she says she does it for a fetish so I ask what she wants for head and she says $40 so I say I only have $25 so she says it's cool so I'm trying to find a spot then she says her mouth is dry and needs a drink and I said I can take you to a store afterwards but she said she can't do anything with her mouth dry so she wanted to go to a store so at this point I'm crossing lehigh I believe front or second but I see a gas station and she says no let's go to another place so I end up on a street where no store is open and dark but lighted where I parked and ironically a le was parked three blocks ahead of me so she says I'll be right back so I said ok then she says the money so I give her $3 and she said you said 25 then I said yeah you can get something with that and when you come back you'll get the rest so she thinks for a minute then says I'll be back so she walks up the street behind where I parked and she walked into darkness so I knew she wasn't coming back but waited a couple minutes and as I turn the car on I see her walk up in the rearview but she went back wherever she went obviously she thought I left so if you happen to see this chick avoid.
