LEO in Orange has nothing better to do than this.

Strong rumors of Amazon putting a distribution center there. Judge just helping them out. You will see Midway mall coming down soon.

Well gents, the gaggle of fools called the Ohio Legislature just passed or updated a law dealing with our hobby which is designed (they say) to prosecute us, but in fact it looks to me like it is just another attempt at money grabbing by the gestapo, as it carries a $1,500 fine in addition to mandating "reeducation".
ORC 2907.231, eff. 4/12/21.
(A) As used in this section, "sexual activity for hire" means an implicit or explicit agreement to provide sexual activity in exchange for anything of value paid to the person engaging in such sexual activity, to any person trafficking that person, or to any person associated with either such person.
(B) No person shall recklessly induce, entice, or procure another to engage in sexual activity for hire in exchange for the person giving anything of value to the other person.
(C) Whoever violates division (B) of this section is guilty of engaging in prostitution, a misdemeanor of the first degree. In sentencing the offender under this division, the court shall require the offender to attend an education or treatment program aimed at preventing persons from inducing, enticing, or procuring another to engage in sexual activity for hire in exchange for the person giving anything of value to the other person and, notwithstanding the fine specified in division (A)(2)(a) of section 2929.28 of the Revised Code for a misdemeanor of the first degree, the court may impose upon the offender a fine of not more than one thousand five hundred dollars.
As you can see it is rather vague.
I mean, how do they prove "implicit". Does that mean if the governor promises his wife, or "implies" to her that if she gives him a blow job he will buy her a mink coat that he is guilty of violating this statute? Apparently so. It is clear to me that this is going to be used to threaten and/or intimidate us, and that we are all gonna have an assache until one of us with enough money, balls and time gets jammed up with this thing and takes it to a high enough court that it can be thrown out.
I can just see me in a "re-education class" telling the so-called teacher that they are full of shit. I wonder if the fine will be dependent upon how well one kisses the teacher's ass? More bullshit.
As usual, however, if we follow the rules and watch our backs, we can mostly avoid this aggravation.
Check the Columbus boards for more info and discussion. Cleveland will, I'm sure, be next.

Central Ohio law enforcement arrest 93 as johns targeted in human trafficking stings at hotels.
It was all part of what law enforcement called "Operation 614," a two-day sting at hotels across central Ohio that targeted the demand side of the sex trade as well as efforts to identify victims of human trafficking and get them connected to services. Overseen by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost's office, officers from more than 20 different law-enforcement agencies identified 53 trafficking survivors and arrested 93 people.

The better days are behind us. It used to be way more fun. Less rip offs and scammers. Good looking sexy hookers are a distant past. The new law is irrelevant, there's hardly any talent left in Ohio. I'm mongering way less, I have have to take trips to others cities to find talent. The Gestapo (as Cheech correctly refers to it) has it's own perverted obsession with hookers. Our legislators looking for political brownie points and "moral" constituents are hypocrites. Reading the Columbus board, they "saved" 53 human trafficking victims / drug addicts" You know most of them they "saved" are most likely nasty addicts with sores, blemishes fat and ugly and no one I would touch. You realize they could care less about the one's they "saved", they just want news headlines. Just be careful out there, very few decent providers left. Anyone new that looks decent is either a scam or a sting. Time to retire and stick with only ones you know.
They also arrested guys going after underaged girls. If they would just limit their sting operation to pedophiles, then I could support their actions. But to fuck two consenting adults, that's Bullshit!

I wish they would limit their sting to those scumbags instead of worrying about what two consenting adults do. As far as "rescuing the victims" its bullshit, like you said they are women that most of us on here would never touch, and if look at the court records from columbus ever since Yost started this whole "trafficking victim" movement, they end up being found guilty anyway and it goes on their record. As far as the dudes go if you watch the video wow are they idiots they actually talk to the reporter and beg for forgiveness from the police. If they shut up and hire an attorney they can easily get a reduced charge. These operations arent helping anyone they are just getting arrests and more money out of the poor. I respect alot of what Yost has done for Ohio but hes completely clueless on this topic.
[BLUE]This will probably go on for awhile so I moved it here.
