Under the guise of being understanding, sympathetic and providing helpful "suggestions, " Cookyjar has been from pillar to "post" criticizing and arguing about my reports and, more or less, "marking his territory. " This is not new. He had a big chip on his shoulder several months ago about my mentioning the first name of a house provider and the street. The essence of the Admin's comment was that there is no specific information posted in this forum that was not already known by local LE and to assume that somehow the info here was news to Uncle LEO is naive.

More recently, Cookyjar has been seeking any niggling reason he can to find fault with my reports, right down to arguing over the height and weight dimensions of a date I had PHOTOS of in my report (and you can judge the dimensions for yourself). This nit picking seems ironic since Cookyjar himself doesn't seem to bother giving age, height and weight information in his picture posts, so why the hell does he care whether mine contain perfect dimensions or age information? (I think that reason can be inferred from the title of this report.) Now he has sunk to insinuating that I am a "light weight criminal" or LE (he can't make up his mind which) and that all my info reported could have come from ongoing LE investigations or rap sheets. Now this is quite puzzling since he has accused me both of informing LE and BEING LE? I think the man has either lost it or, more likely, he is being desperately territorial.

I reference the above post from Fmy Wife because Cookyjar's behavior is clearly not a model of what I want to look up to in a mature and experienced senior member. It is the behavior of juvenile cliques in High School and the politics of exclusion. Cookyjar will continue his relentless attacks. I don't think he can help himself. I don't intend to enable his rants anymore and my last report in response to his ridiculous insinuation that I was LE says as much. There are many senior members here whom I hold in high regard because their behavior warrants such. I am a long time and quite experienced monger but relatively new in this forum and my reports have had some shadows cast on them (one not my fault and explained, and one a simple dyslexic error), but I will roam the "territory" and shed light on it as best I can. And from now on I am ignoring the "markings" of those who would seek to pose as owners of it.

I never said anyone was a cop. How would I know? But, the truth is anyone on this board could be a cop. You, me even the admin could be LE. I was trying to hint that we all should be careful. More importantly, I have always contented that LE is not the only entity to be weary of on the Avenues.

I know LE. I know their MO. I know that they will and can harass me if they are so inclined. I also know that they will and can falsify information and get me in a real bind if they want. I know the kind of car their drive, the type of clothing they wear and the places they like to hang-out. I also have a fair idea of the type of trouble I could get into if I ever find myself on their bad side. I am well aware of LE and the dangers. LE is a problem, but, they are not the only problem.

When I am out I try to make myself aware of all of the dangers surrounding me. I make an attempt to guard against all of the known dangers. This includes LE, private citizens, local watch groups, pimps, the girl, robbers, stray cats and dogs and etc. The one thing I have found damn near impossible to guard against are my fellow mongers, especially those who visit this forum.

I don’t know them. I don’t know who they are, what they drive or what they may do. If confronted with one of my fellow mongers I have no idea how they might react. I don’t have any idea of the trouble they may be willing to cause. Some guys only come out when they’ve been drinking (I think). Some guys carry weapons. A few carry guns. If they’ll u-turn , pull around and cut you off, just to beat you to a girl, who knows what else they are capable of doing.

Most of the negativity directed at me, by people I’ve meant on the streets, was the results of lies, misinformation or mistakes passed on by members of this site. I have been mistaken for others who’ve posted bad information. Once, I had a girl refuse to take pictures because of the things I was supposed to have said about her friend, online. After we confronted her friend it was determined that the friend and I never dated. (How soon we forget. Remember Jewels and the stories she was told.) And then there was the guy going around telling girls not to date me because I give the pictures to the police. Just last week I ran into an old friend who said that she had been told that I posted that people should not be paying her craigslist price when they could just wait and get her at her streetwalker price. She was hot, and I don’t blame her. I’d be mad to if someone was messing with my money. Girls are always telling me about guys who question them about me. They want to know what I did, what I pay, about my house and especially what I look like.

I have been in numerous bad situations out on the street. Twice with LE. Once I got off with a warning. Once I got a ticket for pissing on a public street (I had to go). LE isn’t the biggest threat. Worst case, LE might lock me up. It’s the others I worry about; they could get me seriously hurt or died.

Forgive me for being a bit anxious and a little concerned. I get a little concerned when people do and say things with little reason.

I traced him from another site to this one, which considering I had no idea this stuff was on the internet was pretty good. If a novice like me can do it then the LEO could also. I had the advantage of a catch phrase at the bottom of his posts that helped. But he only had a member number no name. He also always posted in threes. The poor bastard better not return to Ca. Soon. 5 year statute of limitation. If he had paid his share this may not have happened.

I am telling you this because it may help a few of you stay out of trouble in the future. It was easy to track him. HH

(As to "yelling" a name in this "crowded" forum: we give first names of SW providers all the time, many of which are their real names; what is so sacrosanct about the first name of a house provider? ; hell, even some members here incorporate their real first names in their screen names; as Jackson says in his comments: there is no place described on this website that local LE didn't already know about before it was posted, so don't be naive and think that the house in question is or was your private secret; if I could find it as an occasional monger, I am sure it would take a dedicated and knowledgeable vice LEO about a day without benefit of this forum to find anything and everything he needed to know about it, including address, activity and full name of the owner, and it was known about by LE long before I typed a word on a page)

Regarding the second issue: I wish you would just get past it. I explained it and apologized for it. You have mentioned it now numerous times and can't seem to let it alone.

Regarding the third issue: I would think someone who shares my affliction of dyslexia would understand how and why it happened. But perhaps familiarity breeds contempt.

What the Admin is saying, I believe, is that even if LE does track you down, and can attribute your posts in here to you, no post in here has ever been used in any prosecution and just doesn't qualify as evidence for a criminal proceeding.

Civil and criminal court proceedings have different standards. Ask OJ.

Was cruising the K last night between 11:30 and 1am and spotted a really cute WSW. There is nothing "safe" about the touchy-feely dance either for you or for the SW. LE can touch and feel you, even lie and tell you they are not LE, even proposition you for a specific act at a specific price. If you say yes, you are busted. If you expect to raise an entrapment defense, make sure you have no prior busts for solicitation (which would indicate your "predisposition" to commit the crime, and would negate an entrapment defense). You might just win your case if your record is clean and you can explain why you are trolling the Ave and picking up strange women at midnight ("to give them a ride" might work once, and entrapment is a matter of interpretation of the circumstances....the more the "SW" had to convince you, the better your case...so saying no as a negotiation ploy is smart, IF you don't explain yourself too much; a real SW will probably try again, and an undercover will be flirting with entrapment by doing that, because you already said no and it starts to look like there was an inducement of someone who otherwise would not have committed the crime; better yet, have the offer and acceptance be without voice confirmation <I often do that: just proffer a gratuity, and do the deed; no verbal offer, no verbal acceptance, no verbal solicitation of price or activity>.)

Throw that touchy-feely dance out of your repertoire. If it makes the SW feel better, terrific. But it shouldn't put your mind at ease. NEVER, EVER negotiate a thing while she is still on the street and at your window and/or follow her around the corner to meet after such negotiation. You might get a nasty surprise. Have her get in and drive around for a while. Very few undercover LEOs posing as SWs will do that; it's just too risky, and possible that the backup tail will be shaken. Check regardless and make quite sure there is no tail. Do not discuss activity and price until you are certain you are driving without an LE backup tail. And for Pete's sake don't go to a place of her choice. Her backup could be waiting there or, worse yet, some dudes with large caliber "persuaders" to part you from your money, your valuables, your vehicle and/or your life.
