To boot you have the audacity to tell someone he should be ashamed of considering something illegal, last time I checked prostitution is illegal period it doesn't matter if its a streetwalker or back page provider. I was in Raleigh on business a few days ago, and I saw what looked like 2 young, blonde, WSW on Capital behind the hotel next to the old Foxy Lady. Is this normally A good place to find streetwalkers?

Behind foxy, or around that area, are some low rate motel type places. I have seen some ladies around that area before. Just my opinion, but if you shop that area, beware of a handler nearby, or hiding in the room that they might have po po has been known to camp out around the area as well.

SW sometimes are seen anywhere between the Circus Resturant up to Adult Bookshop. Mostly around the two motels near the Foxy Lady. They seem to be mostly Oakwood area girls needing a hotel. But I once saw two cops pretending to be SW at one of the hotels. After speaking with them for a minute, it was clear they were cops. Besides from that one experience, I've never had a problem.

They seem to be coming from the motels on Appliance and the two motels near the corner of Capital & Brentwood. Its not uncommon to see one walking up the hill on Capital going from Trawick towards the BP gas station, during the afternoon rush hour. I've seen them around the BP too. I once saw two walking the same block at the same time, once in front of the Rite Aid. But SW (s) on this side of 440 is rare; I see them once or twice a month and with traffic going 60 mph and no place to quickly & safely pull over, its difficult for me to pick one up on that stretch of Capital Blvd.

They're more often seen between the Circus Restaurant, Capital Inn and the Milner Inn. They often want to be dropped off around the Oakwood area...where the drugs are.

Stayed in Raleigh last night and did some night patrol's to no avail, Maybe next time.

Nearly all activity has moved online. Most rates are comparible to better SW talent though YMMV.
