This is a scam. I called to see if I could arrange a visit. From what I can tell, the management is trying to hustle this girl who most likely has minimal English skills.
Lot's of upsell and BS. There was a similar ad run about a month ago from the same scammer- from what I could determine it was the same person answering the phone.
