SB seems to be doing better lately, especially on Sunday eve. Aside from the normal complement of old/fat/used up BSWs, there was a nice redheaded WSW, at least an 8-9, and young. It was his first ever solo attempt. Did he not learn anything from my countless war stories? We used to troll sb as I would dispense my years of knowledge and site specific retellings of experiences both good and, well, not so good. Any way, decoy was on bus stop. He offered her a ride. She said what do you want. He said I want to give you a ride. After a couple of repeated I want to give you a rides, he said and maybe some fun. You know, a drink, a movie, or you know, some fun. She said you want sex, he said sure, she said BJ and sex for thirty. She directed him to pick her up down the road. He started to get a bad feeling and started to drive away. He was lit up by two cars and taken to a mobile holding area across the street. Luckily his old beat up truck was taken down the street by officers and parked, not impounded. They told him two grand bail. I went down to the station with the cash and was told he would be out in an hour and to go home and wait. I waited til seven in the morning. He was in there thirteen glorious hours.
Of course, all the local ambulance chasing, public records trolling attorny's at law have sent him the 'we know at a time like this you are embarrassed, scared, and don't know what the fuck to do' letters. All of which are embarrassing to get. Anyway, does anyone have knowledge of what a first time offender with a clean record prior to this is facing? I think and hope they offer an education program that would cause charges not to be filed on completion of the program. Any constructive imput would be welcome. Be safe and vigilent out there mongers.

When his attorney asks him "what happened?", your friend should tell the attorney exactly what the conversation was. I guarantee you that the arrest report will not have the conversation written as you have stated here.
If by some bizzare set of circumstances the arrest report is accurate and truthful to your version of events, your friends case will be dismissed before trial. Most likely the prosecutor will state close to the time of trial that he is unable to proceed. While not technically entrapment, from your version of events, your friend only agreed with whatever the disguised officer said. A prosecutor will not take that to trial, and many judges will not let a case like that proceed to trial.

Be safe and vigilent out there mongers.[/QUOTE] I would guess probation, if he has lot's of money might be worth a fight, but in the end your friend agreed to commit a crime, by not clearly saying no, the da will say he furthered the solicitation by driving as directed by the officer, here is the fucked part even though he was driving away, the officers story is simple i told him turn into the driveway and he did or something similar, were by he agreed to the thirty for sex, we all know it's bullshit, in the end without a good lawyer translation 350-500 an hour, and a lengthy court battle don't expect it to get dismissed, they have some program for first offenders were they scare them straight, If it was me, I would be on the phone with the city attorney tell him I am representing myself and asking for a way out of it if he can stear your friend clear by a program and a 415 pc disturbing the peace conviction your one step ahead, fight it and the city attorney will threaten fines, jail time the works my opinion the worst he gets is 1 year probation $1000 fine, and a minor yet still sex conviction on his record in the end that's what he want's to avoid. Just cause he's innocent doesn't mean shit, I hate to sound negative but I am a little to familiar with the justice system cops lawyers and the b.s. associated with it. Hope they can sign him up for a program but the moral police are big on sex and fun in general.
