Took about 30-40 minutes when it normally takes about 5 minutes. And yes, I think its because of this caravan issue that things are getting weird and hard to cross. Might be best to avoid Tijuana for the time being until this gets sorted.

I had to cross the PEDEast side because they close pedwest at 10 pm. I came back at 2:30 am with no problem as well but I did see a lot of cops and troops around the border because of the people coming from Central America. Also, it was a sight to see of how many people camping close to the border.

It's a bit away but if you want to park your car securely then leave it in the park lots of Otay (USA side) it's like 10 dollars a day and take a cab or Uber to the revolucion and walk to Coahuila.

Got to Beyer station, jumped on the blue line to San Ysidro, got to Bar Zacar to get a 32 oz and smoke two joints with my brother then got to Coahuila. We went around to watch the street meat then went to Adelitas and since we didn't want to break our budget we headed to the streets again and found a SW we wanted one.
