Last night. Cicero & 49th there was a white work van parked on 49th near the alley. Also several cars (unmarked) parked around the area running. The girl looked to good to be true. Also she didn't run to any vehicles. After a few trips around she went back to the white van. I am wrong?

Ump were correct in your observations. Terms like "too good to be true" as well as "pretty face" in that particular stroll area for me are very, very suspect. (that's two verys). What I have personally seen in that area stroll are nothing more than tweeked out geirating lunatic women wandering around at the corners on the east side of cicero and on occassion a calorically challenged african american female wit dah big ol butt! Drove around 11 pm. Saw a few newer faces that I hadn't seen before. Decided to pick up a WSW who said her name was Christine but later said Tabitha. Skinny early 30's late 20's. Tried looking for a spot but the police were all over driving side streets with spot lights on looking for us mongers getting blown. Soooo I told her I got to spot that's hidden but requires to be outside. She agreed. Average bbj for. 30. I took a little longer but she didn't complain. No balls service and dodged the facial. If anything they would look for walking activity. The blue light special is generally as far as they are concerned as well us inside a vehicle. Had some time left to use a room the other morning and was hoping to find something out around Grand / Pulaski. Nothing actually to be seen though. Eventually figured I'd best just head down to Pulaski /5th and find some quick car fun instead. I believe some mongers are just sitting in certain places, waiting for something to happen. I suppose it could be either mongers or LEO. I am always seeing cars sitting in the Dollar General lot after closing. That's kind of obvious, whether it be mongers or LEO. You see a lot of it on side streets. It happens at other businesses. It would make sense for LEO if all they want to do is scare off girls and mongers. But if any of them are mongers, it makes no sense. Why make it obvious what they are doing and easy to I'd? At any rate when I see a bunch of cars running and not moving, it's time to vacate the area. It's either LEO or mongers drawing too much attention.
