I know I will get criticized by the low ballers but I am willing to pay more for good friendly service and nice looks with good hygiene.

The young ones don't feel that they need to be professional and full GFE due to their following. I've inquired into most young ones and believe me, they don't fit the criteria you mentioned. Biggest hurdle is the drugs.
That said, there are some that are older that fit your standards. Lana is in her 30's and is my 'go to' gal. I won't go through all her qualities because there are plenty of reviews. I've heard others that see older girls, but I haven't partaken.

I prefer 21 and younger and no older than 25 but to each his own. I don't know of any young ones right now. Maybe Ava and My, but you can usually assume Nora isn't honest with their ages. Chasliegh was the only young girl I have come across from Nora.
The young ones usually don't last long as they move to larger cities where they can make more money or they find a couple sugar daddies and go into semi retirement.
