Went to independence spa yesterday and saw cici. Usually very am hour but want going to keep it cost effective so I went 1/2 hour. Nice light rob tease with an OK finish. There's nothing spectacular about this place but I have yet to leave disappointed. Everything is just good enough, but that's why they're old reliable, for times I don't feel like being adventurous.
Anyone tried this out? Can't tell if it's just a load of crap.

Tried this Chinese place off Carmel Rd -- drew Candy, 50's and chunky. She might be the mama based on how many times she was called out of the room during our 45 minutes. Rub was quite good, some OTC allowed -- HE was ok though mechanical. Threw a fit over the tip -- evidently. 4 wasn't enough. Not in the same league with Galaxy.

Visited Aloha the other day. Drew Sunny, her first day there according to her. Had to wait a bit before starting. Table shower was quick and rather meh? Massage was IMO best yet. Nice thick in right places body. Had what looked like either surgery damage, birthmark or tatoo on right breast. Its dark in those places and sight isn't what it use to be. Service was great 60/140.

It's been a while since I visited an American spa. I was in the mood and decided to go to Nice spa yesterday at and tryon. I know they are little pricey, so had 200 bucks on me (did not want to spend more than that).
Asked for Cher at the reception and paid. 6 house fee for half hour. Asked me to get comfortable in the room. She left the room and came back after 10 minutes. Apparently this girl and the others lady was just chatting next door. 10 minutes late she started to rub my leg as she was trying to relax me. I asked for upgrades, quoted 100/150/200/300 - settled for 100 for only HE and gave her $. She left the room and again was chatting with her colleague. It was more than 20 minutes into the session and she still did not come back to the room. I opened the door and started calling her trying to get her attention, no response still. Called her second time from the door, she came back. Since I did not had enough time to stay, I asked for my money back. She told me that she can give back only the tip, but not the house fee. This was what she said house fee had been put in locker and I can't take it back, I also have to let my boss know that you are leaving. She persuaded me to stay and started the session. At this time I had completely lost my interest. She did HE for maybe less than 5 minutes, finished and cleaned me up. Funny thing is after the session she sprayed something like a neutralizer All over my body (more under waist) to take her perfume smell off my body. So funny as she did not even remove her clothes or touched me. She did not budge for the price and provided only what was her norm for the price.
I was completely disappointed and would never repeat here. Had good sessions at Athenas, la fleur, scs (when they sew at Baldwin ave) before for the similar price. Missing Ambrosia greatly, good mileage for the price and good staff.

Yes the one in Pineville next to the fire dept. The door and windows are now painted blue and a new sign stating Oceans Spa has been installed. Looks like they are going to reopen? WTF.
