Well tonight sucked even worse than Tues. I was not sick this time so I decided to stop by 79th again and sure enough I spotted a few SW's but I spotted even more LEO. Been a while since I cruised up / down 27th ave around the 103-79th streets area but it seems like activity has picked up. I'm also beginning to notice that an hour or two makes a big difference between hit or miss. If you cruise down 3-5pm you might hit nothing. 5-7pm is a better time frame.
