Let me tell ya, if you can't change your IP address, alter a current pic or use a fake one, and of course any kind of email address closely related to your banned one, then you won't get back on. I have my own catchall email address associated with my domain. They caught on. I used a running series of gmail addresses closely related (yankeeswon1, yankeeswon2, yankeeswon3, etc.) they caught on.
I had to clone my IP via my router. Took damn near 2 months."

Getting her to host was a challenge due to her roommate, so she says, but got her to have me over late morning. Had her send me some pics and the one she sent holding the infant was enough for me to pass. Admittedly she's not that much to look at, but she was younger and thick in the places I liked AND I had negotiated down to a very reasonable rate. But SA is crawling with better options.
