As long as you don't pass by too fast and get a decent video you can extract the pics from it pretty easily.
1) Start to watch the video until you get to a point where she's in view and hit pause.
2) Wait for the top video bar to disappear.
3) Take a screenshot of what's on the screen (press home and sleep buttons at the same time)
4) That screenshot will be saved in your pics
