Actually the Neshaminy "day rate" is $34.55 for everything, including tax, and you get $2 back for returning the key, and you can rent from early in the morning (as early as 5 AM) until 4 PM. If you are planning on a long date or several dates the same day, it is a real bargain, and the rooms are a lot nicer and warmer than the Carlyle. You should always call and check availability because, if they are full from the night before, you have to wait until a room is clean. This happened to me once and I learned my lesson of calling in advance to see if rooms are available. I also like the airport hotels in Essington. You can get a few of them like the Motel 6 and the Red Roof for all day and all night and through the next morning. The prices vary depending upon the day of the week and how full they are, but I have gotten the Motel 6 for as little as $54 for everything, including taxes and fees. And it is much better if you are coming from out of town and looking for a place to stay overnight and/or plan on mongering for a whole day and night and/or have an overnight date. It is a little further in distance from the K than Neshaminy but non-rush you can make it in 15-20 minutes because it is a straight shot on I-95. I knew that photo would draw some commentary, and seems to get many views as well. I wish I could say it was my idea. That shot was never actually planned or even posed.
