Not buying this.

Do I think she is a little bit nuts? Yes. Do I care? Not. As long as I keep getting my kicks, it's all good.

There are many pages online saying dating a stripper is a waste of money, headaches, blah, blah, blah. To the readers of this forum that have dated several strippers in the past, I apologize for this boring story. If she didn't offer to pay like that, it would put him in the role of being a john. I have seen this happen before so I don't disregard what he says because his post count is low. Also keep in mind, he might not be a socially awkward geek who compiles lists of a categoized list of prostitututes on an internet message board. Therefore he actually had a chance.

I used to live in Phoenix and dated a girl that danced for about 6 months. She was on drugs and while we had fun, told her if we were to get more serious she needed to get sober. I have to voice my agreement here to some extent. When I was MUCH younger I had almost the same thing happen to me. In my youthful naivete I was however, unaware of what really transpired at the Block. This young lady asked for my number, and she actually called me, as I did not have her number. We wound up dating for a very long time, in the traditional sense of dating. But that was before I was old, fat and bald. And while I have dated some Blockettes (again in the traditional sense) since then, most of those started with me as a customer, and progressed from there. So it is possible. Not likely, and the part about her offering to pay is somewhat less than likely, but hey, perhaps he looks like Brad Pitt.

So I randomly hit the Block recently, and walked into one of my favorite clubs. I saw a BEAUTIFUL spinner sitting with another girl. Head and shoulders above any other girl currently working on the Block. Black hair, blue eyes, small breasts, slender but not CCL. Sexy little black outfit. Walked by her twice, but got no eye contact or indication. Came back later, still sitting by herself, same situation. On my look-see, she was sitting with someone, and appeared to be all over him. My mistake. I had to leave, but I returned a few days later, only to find her sitting with someone already. I had some time, so I bought myself a beer, and commenced to wait. Again, she seemed to be very friendly with the gent she was sitting with. She barely touched her drink, and after 20 minutes, they upgraded to the lap dance area. Well I could not stick around, so I left. I did ask her when she worked. She said she would be in every night.

I did return (if you saw her you would not blame me) and she was available (the bar was pretty dead) so I immediately bought her a drink. Did not have to buy one for myself (saved $6). She immediately began sipping her drink. I was pretty surprised, since I had previously seen her sit with two gents and barely touch her drink, on occasions when the bar was in fact more crowded. She also was not nearly as touchy-feely as I had seen on previous occasions. But admittedly I am less aggressive than say the customer who left a hickey on her neck. It turns out she is from Russia, probably won't be around long, has a boyfriend who she sees every day, doesn't go upstairs (which is usually an accurate indicator of whether she will do take-out), and is shocked that some of the girls do things with customers. All in all, a total bust. yes, she is nice to look at, and she will stroke your leg, but that is about it. If you want to spend some time talking to beautiful girl, but knowing that she is essentially unavailable, go right ahead. Otherwise, you have been warned. Sorry, I don't recall the name (there is no reason to) and I usually don't provide the names of clubs, even though this is a non-action report, because there is action in this club with other dancers.

Dr. Monger[/QUOTE]I guess it's time to tell my story. About 4 years ago I was in a bad bad place and was ready to just kill myself. I was miserable, and I figured I'd go on one hell of a bender and max out my credit cards, drink myself into a stupor, get all the action I could get at a club, and then go home and put a gun in my mouth.

I was about 8 hours into the bender when I got a private room dance with what has to be the most beautiful stripper I've ever seen. Long, curly brown hair, big tits, a nice little mole on her lip ala Cindy Crawford.

We were in the room, and I think I had paid for my 5th dance back there. I didn't even try to have Roman Hands, I was just about at the end of my run. She sat down and talked to me and asked me what was wrong. I think I broke down and started crying, and told her my whole life story. I left out the part about killing myself, but I was pretty sad looking, I'm sure. She forced me to stop ordering alcohol, ordered me coffee and water. Then she refused a tip, and refused to let me buy any more dances from her. She took me out to the main room and sat me in a chair, and kept checking on me and making sure I had something other than alcohol.

So I drank bottled water for the rest of the night, and she came over at one point and asked me to write my phone # down on a napkin, because she wanted to call me in the morning to make sure I was ok.

Guys, I have no idea how I got home that night. All I know is that I woke up the next day around 1pm with my cell phone ringing. I answered and it was her. I told her that I couldn't believe she would call me and she told me that she was really worried about me the night before. The conversation was short, and she said she had to go back to class (She was in college to become a veterinarian). I thanked her and hung up. I dwelled on it for a few hours and then later that night she called me back and asked how I was feeling. At that point I was a little more coherent and we had a long conversation, where she told me her real name, her life story (didn't sound REAL fucked up but there was an 'uncle' who was probably a little more touchy feely than he should have been when she was a teenager). She never exhibited any signs of drug use, I never saw any needle tracks. She barely drank, when she stripped, she only took off her top (she danced in an all nude bar) and I used to pick on her and call her the "Dancer who hates to dance. " Her only apparent vice was that she was a self-proclaimed nymphomaniac.

We continued talking pretty regularly, and I eventually went back to the club, where I did pay for another private room dance with her. It was nothing special and afterwards she forbade me from paying for a private dance with her anymore.

I would start going to the club and spending money on other dancers and then when her shift was over we would go have breakfast and then go our separate ways. She almost always paid. One night I ran into her at a red light. She had a girlfriend in the car, but I didn't want to bother her so I kind of glanced and then looked ahead. She saw me and honked her horn, rolled the window down, said hello. Told her friend that she met me 'at work' and then the light changed and we went our separate ways again.

Throughout all of this she called me pretty much every day in between her classes and before her shift at the club. I didn't go to the club more than 2 times a week, but she did confide in me where she lived and we ended up hooking up after her shift at her place a few times, after a few months of this weird thing we had going on.

I had no idea where things were going when it just suddenly stopped at random. There was no 'official' end to it, we just stopped talking on the phone, stopped hooking up, and I stopped going to that club on a regular basis. I've been there a few times since and haven't seen her.

Beyond our initial encounter (5 private room dances, $1000 + a few tips), one additional private dance, and a few $25 breakfast tabs when she would allow me to pay, over the course of the year we were 'together' I never spent another dime. We only had one 'weird' moment in a club when I bought a private room dance from another girl and she was in the room and caused a little bit of a jealousy-type scene (I think I posted about it on here awhile back)

Did I get played? I don't think so. I don't know what was really going on with it, all I know is that she probably saved my life. I had no belief in human beings, let alone women, when I met her, and I don't know if she just has a thing for guys who are down on their luck or what, but I'm glad that I knew her.

Not really a dating story per say, but just an anecdote to prove that some of these girls are sincere, good people. It's probably 1 in a million odds that you'll meet one, but it could happen.

I always make it a point to stop in Harem when I make a Block run, and to be honest I have not seen anyone named Dream, but then I can't say I looked. If I go back I will try and find out.
