Mongering in a rental will not help. To get a rental you must present your drivers license and personal info. If the cops have the plate number and the date / time of day they can easily still get your info and if hey want to they will. It takes the same amount of time and effort to see who had a rental as it does to look up who rented a car on a particular day.

I was browsing through the Florida arrests a couple of hours before our scheduled appt and was rather surprised to find a mug of her on there. Most are low hanging fruit looking as if they are in need of a fix. Pretty easy to rack up arrests if you are going after people who can't remember their own names.
