I have been to both and the experience is just like how you described. Good looking white chicks who want way too much for standard finishes. There are way too many options out there where you can get more for less money. I will not repeat.

So. Does everyone typically scan the parking lot for anything out of the ordinary or suspicious? Is it common for someone to be scoping out the patrons?

Always a good idea to have your head on a swivel when doing any type of mongering. If the AMP is in a stripmall or business park you would get the normal amount of people just looking at what other people are doing, especially if they have an idea of what goes on there. So I wouldn't be too worried, if you look or act suspicious or uncomfortable then you will definitely stand out. That being said, there is the Vigilante guy who is known to scope out guys visiting AMPs and leaves notes on their car etc. Haven't heard much about him lately.

If its an AMP situated by itself and you see someone sitting in their car then it could be they are waiting on a provider to finish up, they are getting up the courage to go in for the first time, or doing exactly what you were doing and scoping out the scene.

You can never go wrong following your gut!

I walk the long way around the place to scope things out. Watch her room door for a couple of minutes to see who comes and goes. Am I being paranoid? Yes. But I'm being very careful too.

I used to do it on occasion at CTS. Stayed under that multi-head shower for 15 minutes or more. Girl liked it. Lightly soaping me up a couple of times was easier than giving a massage. But it has been about three years.

She asked what I was interested in and then proceeded to quote me a price that was 50% higher than the going rate (PM for details). She insisted that was the new rate made by the boss and that there was nothing she could do about it.

Stuck to my guns and she did as well saying there was nothing she could do as she can't change the rates. I continued to stick to my guns and eventually she left to "go talk to the boss". While she was gone, I already had made up my mind to call it a day as that is my biggest turn off as I prefer places that don't do the whole car salesman routine, especially two minutes in to the massage. When she came back, she said she could do the lower price for less time but absolutely no touching and hands have to stay on table the whole time. I said thanks but no thanks as I found the counteroffer to be silly, so I asked for my money back, got dressed, and left with my money.

Not exactly the experience I was hoping for, especially after seeing so many great reviews on here, but as we all know, it's all the luck of the draw when all is said and done. At the end of the day, I always believe in standing firm when it comes to a going rate and not letting my little head take over, as there are far too many options out there to overpay for services.

Of course it sucked to leave after I was looking forward to the festivities, but I don't believe in overpaying and have been around long enough to know what the deal is. Of course, your experience may vary, but as far as I am concerned, One Spa is a one and done for me.

Kay let me do everything that I needed, and after had me call this weird company in NY to track an order for her. I am actually going back to see her today.
