Heading out tomorrow to go to the dentist. I usually go to HK or street girls. Last time the street girl was bad. Wasn't into it all. Cute face and nice body but when we started you can tell she wasn't in the mood or even wanted to act like it, really big turn off.

I was looking at post about SG prices and it seems like 500 pesos is the high end which is about 25 USD and that it is better to pay with pesos. I don't like changing USD for pesos because I always wound up bringing back pesos and never enough to make it wort the exchange fees at my bank. The last time a went the SG were asking about 20 USD and 5 to 8 for the notel they were standing in front of. How much have the notel prices gone Up?

They've been known to keep people for hours. If you are polite and don't look shifty they probably won't do that, but I wouldn't cut the time too close on my plane just in case.
If you pay SGs in dollars you will pay twice as much. Street girls are the one thing in the zona you really should pay for with pesos. A street girl who wants 500 pesos ($25) will probably ask $50 US. The $20 girls are still there, but that's for sex only, clothes on, one position, no oral (and you can get that for 200 pesos). I don't kow if the hotel prices have gone up much, but if so it's a dollar or two.

SGs and taxi drivers "do not" carry changes. You are expected to pay in the exact amount, plus a little tip if you want. If you only have 10's or 20's, that $5 taxi ride may cost you $10. And the $25 bang may become a $30 boom for the girls. LOL.

I have only had this happen to me twice (cop talks to me in known prostitution area) and, both times, I gave him a legitimate reason for being there. Second time, I picked up my handy dandy Gideon New Testament and said, "I'm doing the Lord's work. " Cop just turned around and went back to his car. I figured he had never had that happen.

Just to confirm it is only the pedestrian crossing into TJ that is closed. I checked CBP website and the CBP wait times page they both show that the ped crossing back into the US is open.

Mask is sometimes enforced in Cascadas lobby I'd wear it if I were you, everywhere else in the hotel doesn't really matter. Entering HK have a mask on and present I'd to the bouncer he will have you temperature check with your wrist and then once in the door mask off for rest of the night. Also temp checks in Cascadas lobby sometimes as well on your wrist. Overall not much COVID 19 restrictions also after party essentially no restrictions. Got to love it.

Other agencies are cheaper (by a bit) but CIT IME has been 100% reliable, listings are informative and accurate. Yes, 4 hours sounds about right to see 1, maybe 2, agency girls right now given the longer border wait times (factor 1-2 hours at least to cross back).

I can confirm the trolley is working. HK only had the 7th floor open when I was there, it was loaded with hotties on Monday night and Tuesday after about 10 am. Plenty of taxis available to easily go to and from the border. Crossed on foot at about 1 PM and it took roughly 40 minutes to get back to the US. Line was very long, but it moved fairly quickly.
I use the VIP card for the Monday / Tuesday discounted rooms at Cascades and plan to return in a week or two. Praying for that 2 k stimulus check! LOL.

I've been reading reports that they now charge 30 dls to go into Mexico. I haven't been down since before covid. I just used to present my passport card and it was all good. Why are they charging 30 bucks? Was thinking of doing a trip but I might wait til after this shit goes away. Moe.

Sometimes I'd have to go as far as filling out a temporary visa, but usually not.
In July, I went with several friends and we were told by the agent that we needed to buy a 6 month visa for $30 in order to get through. They cited COVID and us not having an essential reason for going down. I have since heard a dentist excuse works, but my friend had mentioned Caliente to gamble and food, so we ended up paying the fee for the visa and just biting the bullet. Since getting the 180 day visa, I just walk through on the left side that Mexican nationals take, never have dealt with a line in my experience and it's much faster. The agent usually glances at the visa as I walk by and waves me through. The convenience alone is worth it, but it definitely felt like a shakedown / scam based on the Pandemic situation. I just chalked it up to the cost of doing 'business' in the pandemic and try to make the most of the visa.

This most recent visit the dentist excuse did not work as they wanted a confirmation and other stuff. I coughed it up and paid the fee. I will be heading down for the new year. The fellow in front of me did have his visa and was left alone. So I'm hoping the same happens to me this weekend.

Another was pretty good, but overall a standard affair as far as tj girls. The last one was subpar and I wouldn't repeat with her. Overall I would say YMMV. It's pricier than meeting girls in TJ, but better then meeting similar quality girls here. Overall I'd say it's better than what's on this side. Two things to keep in mind though is you're always doing an outcall and it usually takes some planning.
Just to clarify, although people refer to it as a visa it technically is not. They are referring to a FMM (Forma Migratoria Múltiple), which is really a tourist card. The FMM costs $30 and is good for 180 days.
Legally, an FMM is required of all tourists visiting Mexico, but this requirement was often waived at border crossings if you were staying less than 7 days. Apparently it is now only being waived with a valid reason for visiting Mexico. If you fly in, it is usually part of your ticket cost. If you have an FMM already, you can use the Mexican national line when walking across the border, which is usually much faster. But they are as clean or cleaner than anyone else. Most will do BBBJ, but some do require condoms for everything. Most will require condoms for full sex, but some will go bare on occasion. Personally, I'd be more worried about a civilian who barebacked everyone and their brother than about a professional sex worker. But it's your call to assess the risks of sex with a professional.
If you are worried, insist on a cover and then you will be reasonably safe from most STIs.
