Especially if you don't mind that you're out in the open making the inital connection.

I've seen some decent quality stuff in Mirage and Treasure island and on the walk to them, kind of nice with less crowds. Not much on the other side of the street. (IP really? Never even thought to look in there)

If you want the real top notch stuff Bellagio can be good as can Planet Hollywood and Cosmo. Note: it can be a little harder to tell who's working in these places.

South Strip properties were apparently where all the action was in the past, but I think it's mellowed some. I also don't really care for that area gambling wise so I don't usually bother walking that way.

As you move, they move, so they can really be found in almost any casino. I like the circle bar downstairs at NYNY. Great place to sit alone and be noticed. Lots of girls walking by there. Will they come back to your hotel? Of course, that's what they're hoping to do.

2. Sit a a bar. On the end. By yourself. They will find you. When you're by yourself it's obvious. Do not have any woman, date, or significant other with you. Even if they're cool about it, the girls won't approach a guy that's with a woman. Too risky.

3. The later the better. Nothing happens before 9pm, more happens around midnight. 2am is really good. So plan to stay up and stay out late.

4. Discuss what you want her to do, and what you want to pay.

5. I agree, $$ is standard for Vegas. Girls will say they're used to getting $$$ or $$$$, but special for you is just $$ tonight. I would never pay $$$ or $$$$.

People in here have occasionally asked about the CG situation in Reno. This last weekend I was there to meet a few friends, and I have to say that there is a reason why the Reno CG board is dead. There are none. Granted, I stayed downtown in the Eldorado / Silver Legacy / Circus complex and didn't go to the "off-strip" casinos in the evening so they may be different, but downtown there were none. Literally. I walked around both by myself and with friends at night at all hours over the weekend and only saw one that I thought was a potential CG.

So, for those that are curious. It doesn't seem worth the time. Stick with the Vegas strip. Even the times where I have complained that seems slow, I now have a whole new perspective.

Speaking of the Vegas strip. I hope to have some good stuff to post from there when I head back there in mid-April. Staying back on the south strip again.

Just a few black ones and that was it. This was in Bellagio, Flamingo, Harrahs, Venetian, and Las Vegas Bl along that entire stretch after 3am.

I typically play at Caesars Entertainment properties and when I'm out on my own stay whereever I get the best rate. Well I got an offer for 5 nights in early June fully comped at IP so I'll be staying there. I've stayed there before when the rates were right although I prefer Flamingo since, among other things, it has better CG action as a rule.

Where do you find them at IP? I'd really appreciate the info and will definitely report back after my trip on how it goes.

I've seen a few at the bar on the registration side once in a while, but it seems like the bar in the very back is the best bet. When they are there.

I don't think either of those work in favor of finding CG's.

The bar in the very back (near the back elevators and on the way to the parking garage) has been remodeled and is now a frozen drink bar (Fat Tuesdays I think). I've never seen anything there. Obviously I'll check when I'm out there again in June but am not too optimistic. As for the other poster that mentioned the McDonalds. If I was a CG I'd at least go to Flamingo if not a higher end property where I could probably charge a little more.

That certainly seems to be my experience at IP (although as stated before many may not go there in the first place) , Harrahs and Ballys. I believe the last time I wandered through there was in December, and it was still a normal bar then. It's the one that is curved in shape, by the slot machines and restrooms at the back of the casino area. I'm not sure if there may be one further back behind the casino area that you are referring to.

As far as girls in there, it is hit or miss. But I'd say that about 50% of the time I see a girl or two in there, but only 10% of those times is it someone I'd be interested in. Flamingo being next door pretty much is still your best bet mid-strip on that side of the street.

Speaking of bars being converted, I'm still ticked that they removed the Seattles Best / Java Junction out of Bills and converted that to a bar. That was my favorite place to grab a coffee and there were never lines like at the other nearby places in the AM.

I was in Vegas the 30th thru the 2nd. I had some friends with me, so I knew I wouldn't get to find my first CG. We spent most of our time between Harrah's and the Flamingo, and I saw a few BCGs walking around. Sunday night I was finally alone on the casino floor at Harrah's, and was keeping my eyes peeled. I was hoping to at least scout a little bit, maybe chat so I could get the lay of the land. I sat at a penny slot machine, and not two minutes later a BCG sat down next to me, asking if I was alone. I had to say I was, except for my friends up in the room. She said she wasn't alone either, and nodded to the other side of me. Another BCG, a bit lighter skinned and skinnier. I'd say a 6 on the first, a 7 on her friend. After I told her I wasn't in position, she said goodbye, and I wished her luck.

So, I guess there is one or two in Harrah's. Here's to hoping for next time.

I had two spring trips last year and true to form Harrah's was a ghost town, but at Flamingo they were a dime a dozen. A month later I stayed at Paris and they seemed to be in ready supply around the bar in the center near the elevators. Usually the last thing a casino wants to do is run off people that might gamble provided they aren't causing a problem. I could see security telling the guys to watch it and not talk to the girls but surprised they would run them out. Wonder if they were guests at the hotel and also exactly what was said since usually if you are run out you are told not to come back. I've seen security talking to girls and asking them to leave but never seen them bother guys.

That is a suprise. Maybe the slots will be more popular then the bars soon. No one kicks out slot players! I'll be there next month and report back.

Activity on the south strip looks promising. While not up to 2010 and prior levels, there were quite a few CG's at all the normal places you would expect to see them on the south strip. This time the quality seems to be there as well as quantity. Didn't have a chance to partake last night other than look, but there were many I would have not hesitated to take back to the room.

MGM and Luxor (watch out for "club girls" at Luxor since they look like the other type of CG!) both had a lot, Trop and Excal had some wandering around the slots, and center bar at NYNY as well. The only people who ever say that on here are escorts. If this were really the case, I would fully expect vice to be advertising the fact they have UC women working the casinos as a deterrent. I'm not saying it has never happened, I just would have expected to have seen it or heard of it otherwise from more than just escorts spreading the rumor in my 12 years of Vegas visits. That leads me to believe it is not a regular program if it does happen and certainly not 4 casinos / night targeting men. Just my opinion.

I have only been inside the harrah's casino once or twice and didn't see a soul in there. Most of my contacts in that area were at the Flamingo and walking into the strip entrance to Bills. Ceasars is usually reliable but be prepared for offers of at least $$$$$. The most absurd one I got was a WCG in the Cosmo that wanted $$$$$$$$$$$$. It was impossible to keep the incredulous look off my face in that instance.

In reality outside of a very small number of escorts I think the risk of getting screwed is about as high no matter how you do it. And I personally don't like the hassle, or the cost, associated with that very small number of escorts.

Plus I enjoy actually going and looking for the provider and since I don't go anywhere near SW, it's really as close to "the hunt" as I can get.

I also have some big doubts about there actually being casino stings looking for johns. The casinos AND the police don't want to arrest tourists if they can avoid it.

I just like to know what is going to happen and don't have to worry about this or that.
