West Saginaw, Lansing. I haven't read or heard much about this place so thought I'd give it a go. The place was clean and seemed professional. A Sign stated they did not provide sexual services. What I found surprising was being asked up front before the massage really got underway was how much I was going to tip. I took that to mean that the quality of the massage was based on the amount of the tip. I was planning on staying an hour so I told her bad massage no tip. Good massage $10. Great massage $20. Basically, I received an oil body rub with varied pressure. No real massage techniques were used. I don't think she was trained very well. At the 30 minute mark she dried the oil off my back and told me to roll over. I told her I didn't need the front massaged. As I got up to leave she said you tip now. I told her I would get dressed first and then I would pay. She was waiting for me at the counter with mamasan. I paid for the massage and handed the girl $5. Right in front of mamasan. She didn't look pleased at all. But then, neither was I.

I would have answered the question with "Well, (smile), that depends on how things unfold (wink). " Being coy & friendly. And if the massage was going not great, upon flip, I'd make an offer. At least the massage was good. Arrived at 10 am. I like early as they're fresh and not tired from giving massages all day. The man that owns the place was there as was his wife, I'm guessing. She's rather attractive and nice. Any rate, good massage and hot rocks treatment was a nice treat. I really don't like the curtains and thin walls. There is something about hearing the conversation going on in the next room from a chatty customer just ruins the mood and setting. I have stop by this place many times over the years and never know whether I am going to experience heaven or hell. As an earlier post stated a few years back there was a whole stable of hot welling MP there but not so much of late. About 15 years ago there was a MP by the name of Penni who just might have been the best looking (and talented provider) I ever saw. Have received everything from BB to all covered. Just depends on who you see and whether the place has been busted recently (which occurs regularly). Give it a try and report back.
