For a simple matter that the LAPD could have just informed me that the headlight was out (it had just burned out, it was fine when I left home for the gym), it cost me $20 for the clearance certificate from the Sheriff's Office, and another $25 for the court costs, but the catch is that it isn't in their computer, so I have to check online until it shows up, and then go back into the court and pay it. $45 altogether, plus the hassle.
Tried the streets, they are locked up with LE and pretty much dead, though I saw a WSW by 611 on sfr, nope, decoy, I drove from roxford all the way toBurbank, no go. Word of advice get gas at night so you have a receipt incase, got me off once.
Streets are dead or too risky, tried to find Vivian, she's nowhere, hell even this white girl who I used to recent ghosted, be safe guys.

Yesterday afternoon I took a cruise down SF road / Sylmar area and low and behold, spotted some SW action. First I spotted a mature WSW, she was near Polk st. You can fight it but it takes time. Eventually they will drop it because there is no real evidence and it's not built for battle. The burden of proof is on the prosecutor, and they expect you to give in, so if you don't, they don't have any ammunition to fight with. A cop can call anything you do whatever he wants, and it's a shit game you get caught up in, but you can fight and win and probably even sue for false arrest. Also, they can't tow your car unless you have a prior conviction, which is all the more reason to fight.
Cops can't just tell you not to drive on Sepulveda. Thousands of people drive that road every day, all day and night. They are just as worried about a citizen filing a complaint about them. His verbal warning was just to scare you. If you are legit, don't let him push you around. I am surprised that businesses in that area that are open late (gas stations, Western Bagel, 7-11, fast food places) put up with this shit. They have influence over the city council and this bullshit is costing them money. They should do something about cops harassing customers.

I've stopped even bothering to go to Sepulveda and go out to Fig even though its twice the drive for me. Fig is just so much more active compared to Sepulveda, on top I've seen maybe one WSW out on SB.

I drove sepulveda from ventura to just past the bagel joint on Monday night, around 8-10 - I had some shit to do there, so I kind of ran an errand and hopped back on SB.
Admittedly it was early, but it was dark and there is no reason that an SW or two would not be there.
There was nothing. I was kind of surprised to see how "livable" SB has become. There are fukcen poke stores, churches with people praying in them, beauty salons, fuken legit massage parlors (all the ones on maps of rub were closed), and just a general vibe of SB not being the fucken slum that it is.
I think the place is toast.
I am going to rent a room this weekend down on SB and try to troll, but if it does not work, I am done.

I have a few girls I see that I've met on Sepulveda. And they told me that LE is hitting hard. So what I do I call them. I arrange a room or my place and I call them a lyft pick them up. Bring them to me I fuck them call them a lyft send them back to Sepulveda and I don't get harassed by the cops. And I know exactly where they are. And I'll wait out side across the street and see who is following. They are always alone. Plus they know me. It's a better way of mongering.
