As for the day time cover charge, all local clubs do this. What I did not know until a recent visit is that they also charge the girls for any drinks they can not get a customer to buy them when the do a VIP dance. When you go to the VIP with a dancer you always have to pay that $10.00 room fee. That is a major rip off in my mind. You are also hit with the "do you want to buy the lady a drink" line. If you say yes then you pay an over priced cost for her drink., If you decline, they make a note of it and at the end of her shift, your dancer is hit with a bill for that non-purchased drink and any others that she did not sell.

If you buy the drink and she selects a tea drink as her choice, you are hit for $6.00. They open the bottle and give her a small cup full of ice and her tea. They cap the bottle and keep it behind the bar. Next time any dancer asks for a tea, they open the bottle that YOU paid for and use it to fill this other dancers drink. And then they repeat the process until the bottle is empty. I watched the bartender do this last night and she was able to fill three dancer drink order for tea from a single bottle! If you want to by your girl a drink, tell her you will get her a water but no tea!

I always thought that the owners of YS were greedy but this puts them in a new low as far as I am concerned.

Stopped by the YS last night to check it out. I am really not understanding the pricing in the area anymore. Had 2 different quotes me, "would you like a better dance? " That was the DUH question they have to ask, so of course the answer was, Yes! Then they said, $-HJ, $$-BJ, $$$-for more. Seriously guys, are there idiots paying this amount. I means lets add all this up shall we: $15 cover + $5 min drink purchase, $10 EACH TIME just to go into a room to dance, $50 for the 3 dances, and now $$$ more for the works. $380!!

Guys wise the "F" up because these girls can only charge what you are stupid enough to pay them! Escorts are cheaper and more personal, and at least they have hopefully had a shower since their last guy.

But I did talk to a girl named Dana before I left. Anyone have any info on this particular dancer. Blonde, maybe in her 30's, 5'3" without the heals.

I spent some time at YS over the past couple of days and will say this about that:

Rayne – Day shift dancer with a nice body but too many tats for me. We did a few dances in the VIP room and she was very friendly. Took matters into her own hands but we did not complete the deed. She mentioned the Champagne room a couple of times but made no specific promises. Offered my phone number and she took it with a promise to call but not holding my breath.

Roxy – Night shift dancer with a nice body with pretty good bolt ons. Felt really good and she liked to have her nips licked. She also mentioned the Champagne room more than once but did not offer up specific promises of what would transpire there. She did do a pretty good job grinding on me so much so that she claimed to have had an O. She did this both nights I saw her. Even though, personally, I don't give a fuck what they do with the $6 dollars I pay the bar. I see that as an investment that allows the girl to sit down for a few minutes so that I can get a feel for her personality and the services she is likely to offer. Went to Clearwater/Dunedin area this weekend for a work trip, our hotel was a few blocks from Oasis so last nite we decided to stop by. After being there for about an hour one of the girls on the main stage asked if I wanted to have some more fun. Hell yeah! About twenty minutes later she summons be to the private dance area, paid the doorman-esque guy the dance fee, gave him a tip, and as soon as her and I were alone she asked what I wanted, a few bucks later I was having the time of my life, I've been to a few strip clubs before and never have I been allowed the much access to a dancer, I will most certainly be going back there when I'm in the area.

Guess it is just the principal of the thing that gets me. I paid for the entire bottle so I should get the entire bottle!

I'm about to the point where YS has lost its interest for me anyway. To much BS there. A show time every 30 minutes, the VIP room charge for every visit, girls pushing the champ. room more than ever, intrusive managers constantly in the VIP rooms, etc., etc.

Clubs in Jax do not do that type of BS and the girls seem to be a lot more friendly. Plus, it is a shorter drive for me too.

I've been going to YS since 2003 and nothing has changed except the girls. There is always going to be the girls that will do this and don't do that.

I have visited Atlantis Strip club a few times and found it to be very nice. Some of the girls are hot some are not. The girls are all different in what they offer in the VIP private room. So don't forget to ask what they are willing to do in the private room before you go back there and how much of a tip they expect.

Usually they are desperate for their next fix and need to make absolutely sure they get the cash. I either avoid them or use their desperation to my advantage by getting a good deal.

Some of the girls just say "it is like a lap dance but a little more private". These are the one's who don't really play. Some of the girls will say something along the lines of "I promise you will leave happy", "I can get naked and rub my #$%^ all over your *#%@" . Towards the end of the day shift some girls will actually tell you they will please you by hand, mouth or "it will be like getting a dance from your girlfriend". I assume its based on how busy it was for them. I have had great fun with the little blonde (long hair) big fake boobs very nice body.
