So from the time you pay the HF till the time you're walking out the door is the "hour" you're paying for. I can't see that well in a dark room without my glasses, so I always used to ask the girls what time it was when I was getting ready to leave and they just looked up above on an upper ledge or shelf and could tell me the time. And even if it does exist the AMP would be stupid if they didn't respond 'what video? There is no video'. Subpoena's work to get someone into court or to a hearing. But to Subpoena XAMP to submit XEvidence that it can easily claim it doesn't have. Not so much.

If there is any video it will be in the common area (s) and / or customer entrance. And if you don't do anything to wrong the AMP you have nothing to worry about with this kind of coverage.
