Those dudes pay for things directly online, never meeting in person, in exchange for racy pics and videos and such. I've seen some screenshots of the communication that the dancer's have pulled off. Some guys are handling all of their bills (cell phone, utilities, cable TV, gym memberships, car payments, rent, etc.), many with the promise of "meeting in person soon". Allegedly, one of the guys (the pic that I saw reminded me of Shrek in a nice sweater) was so eager that he gave 2000 roses for BBBJ after he begged incessantly to meet. Those gals wouldn't be doing that if it weren't working.

I've run across many college-age gals requesting an arrangement be in place, a full month's payment on the arrangement (some still looking for the 4 K / month), before any level of physical contact. You can't blame a dude for demanding a test drive.

In the beginning, they'll launch the site in limited metro areas while creating plenty of fake users on both sides. Once there is a mild bit of traction, you'll have the Eastern European crime rings begin to create, and maintain, identities. This includes facebook accounts with 200-300 friends and aged usage. It also means buying enough US phone numbers to get them at about $0. 35/ number / month. With one or two accounts, it isn't profitable. In aggregate, with a small team managing several hundred users with tools that help them keep identities separate, it becomes economically feasible.
