Nicely put! .
If concerned, if all of you concerned of this censorship were to send anonymous letters stating the issue to the New York Civil Liberties Union at: NYCLU at 90 State Street, Suite 518, Albany, NY 12207 L:.
Or to the ACLU at: 125 Broad Street #18, New York, NY 10004, or call. (212) 549-2500 : then your 'voices' may be used for your concern.
Generally, I detest the ACLU, but they will fight for constitutional issues if the facts are direct assault.
I am not sure that the People v. Larry Flynt case was correctly decided way back when, but the Flynt case sets precedent, probably, for the BP issue.
Where are the libertarians when the escorts need them?? Maybe all the lobbyists are too busy with pot legislation efforts.
I do believe that advertising for allegedly illegal activities is not covered by free speech rights. Now, if one wants to advertise and expound on the merits of or LACK of merits to such laws, that is covered.
Now, if each provider were to state that they were wanting to produce art films, like larry flynt, and maybe some rehearsing or casting is first required to check suitability, then it would be legal speech / commerce, technically, or other ways around the issue. But the category could also be re-titled as.
"Escort Fantasy Posting. Not reality", then the postings may be legit with free publishing speech to post fantasy. Whether it leads to a mutual meet-up later, well, then that is a different issue of discussion or legality, but that segment would be behind closed doors. OR. What if the fantasy ad leads to phone dialog / phone sex-words for fantasy as per the ad, then maybe a different subsequent meet-up, plausibly "indirect" to the ad, but between two consenting adults, what then? I know, that is too complicated for a desperate drugggg addled provider. These are just scenarios of arguent. Words mean things. Plausible Deniability is key to most things legal. Ask any higher up politician, maybe with a name like Clinton! LOL.
The alternative argument is that ALL women who have sex with men are "providers" who are accepting things. Dinner, travel, presents, whatever, outside of marriage it should technically all be the same and illegal whereas the registered marriage is what makes such "trade" for services as being legal due to "marital duties" as such. Consumation and continuation of sex. The laws EXPECT it there. It is legally used by injured parties for damages for loss of such sexual action (attorneys know the legal term, I forgot it) or for Divorce actions. Failure to provide "wifely duties"/ lack of sex. LOL. (sucks to be married person, I guess).
OK. Done rambling on about this. Too early to think straight anyway.
Just because you say it's fantasy, just like if you say "No illegal activities, no sex", that doesn't somehow protect it or make it legal. It's what you are actually doing, not necessarily how you get to it. In the end, money is exchanged for sex regardless of what sort of meaningless disclaimer you use.
-
Absolutely Correct
You can't exactly advertise a goat for sale if goats are illegal to sell and dress them up in your sale ad as "sweet, tender rams" and expect that the wording of the ad will make them legal because you have described them as "sweet and tender".

Just stupid stuff.
Well we've had the rants and raves and now it's time for some stupid stuff. In my travels I have experienced many a female access portal of varying positioning as to front mounted or more to the rear. What's that you say? Everyone has seen this! But my contention is that there is a direct link between foot size and plumbing position. The bigger the feet the more forward mounted will be the juicy access. The smaller the feet the more lower centered the heavenly gate. So if you are a fan of doggie then look for the ones with small feet. And if you like to take them from the front or up against a wall-look for big feet! Just something else to have on your mind while trying to keep it up!!
Told you it would be stupid! Hammer.

Old Timers Question
Is there an exceptional dearth of half-way attractive local talent these days? It's never been a great area with a lot of options but the pickings seem especially few and fairly hideous for quite some time. Has everyone gone below the radar or is it simply a long drought?

I agree
Matt. You hit the hoe on the head.

Beyond that, there is definitely a hole to be filled in the normal scene.

Its a lot work as time availability is limited but the quality of experience is better.
(please don't email me asking for #'s. My 2 UTRs are not looking for more business and they picked me, not the other way around) .
I got really tired of the same old set an appt, show up and get radio silence or wait 10 minutes which turned into an hour.
My usual availability is mornings 7 am. Noon, and most girls don't seem to answer the phone before noon.
Albany usually has a dry spell Jan until July when track season kicks in and we start getting "visitors".

The best is " I'm not affiliated with law enforcement of any kind, are you? " a police officers job is to lie and deceive. That's how they make their busts. Just bc you say your not a cop doesn't make it true. It's crazy how many do this and accept it as fact!! Boggles my mind the incompetence of some. Mafia went down bc the feds were commiting crimes along side them to get the dirt on them.
It's just how it's done.
Besides they will always believe the law enforcement agent before the one accused of breaking the law!!

Holiday Gripes
My list of holiday gripes:
-Can we please delete the "Strip club category" from this Albany board. What a waste of time and money they are, especially in this area. Why would you want to pay for a sweaty girl to dance on a pole or even worse, come and tease you with no final reward? You can watch porn for free online and end up with the same outcome in your hand hahahaha.
-Guys that talk about "my friend" or "I had a dream" when doing reports, OH. LEO has no idea who you are talking about and we all envy your "friends" and "your dreams".
-The method of expressing money, what is this, Bitcoin " 2"?
-Aren't you shocked by the pics of the people arrested for prostitution busts when you see them. I always ask "really. Are they are working girls" YIKES.
-Guys that ask for contacts without ever doing reports. Makes you wonder doesn't it, are they just giving it a shot or is it something nefarious?
-Guys that ask for info and say they will TOFTT and post a report that never comes? Lie to your wife / spouse, not to the rest of us here.
-Guys that post the kind of stuff above because they are simply bored on the holiday? Hahahahahahahaha.
Would be good to delete the Strip club reports category though!

Take care
I see no need to continue here, I will no longer utilize backpage. The hobby has taken a turn for the worst, IMHO, BE CAREFUL.

False Advertising
If you visit BACKPAGE and see the many ads for VanVranken stating NEW young girls etc. Be aware that it's false. Same woman as always nothing new.

Models
I don't know how others feel about it, but I tend to want to avoid patronizing models who run in a crew or are involved in some sort of partnership with other models. I've seen this happen time and time again where models who once worked together have a falling out and start talking smack about one another on the web. Hobbyists then line up to take sides and get mixed up in situations that they should probably stay out of. The drama then spills over into a site that is supposed to be here to provide reviews, information and tips to help fellow hobbyists stay safe and determine which models are valid and legit and which ones we should avoid. Hobbyists have enough problems trying to avoid models who will rob us, provide poor service or may have chemical issues. We certainly don't need to take on their drama as well! I don't know about you guys-but I have enough of my own problems without getting mixed up in personal issues between models. For this reason-I avoid "crews", partnerships, cliques and models that run in packs! I've never seen any of these partnerships end amicably.
Models. Is that what we're calling them now? LOL.
