The chance of you ending up in that situation is much higher than LEO randomly monitoring sugar bowl and picking you. Few things I do to safeguard myself in case if I happen to fall into those situations.
1. Very early in my communications with SB, I get a written response from her that she is indeed over 18 yrs and tell her that I don't date anyone who hasn't turned 18.
2. Don't relate some acts to allowance, but make her acknowledge she knows what activities I expect from the date and she is Ok with that.
3. Never talk about having drinks if she is not above legal drinking age.
4. After the date, I ask her to text me back when she gets home safe. Almost all of them do. Then I thank her for good time and looking forward to the next date. It will give some evidence that the date ended in a pleasant way.

Dr. S.[/QUOTE]My brain was telling me the same things. I do age validate and ask for state issues I'd at the first meet. Don't talk expectations other than a general SD / SB relationship in the setup, and only offer to OT for the meet, and maybe some trivial specific expense just for meeting.
In this case, the cooncidence of the delays in meeting, the ask for identifying clothing, a guy sitting in a truck scoping me out (probably bored and just people watching), and then the arrival of a plain clothes female officer in a marked car. Spooked me. I realize the worst that could have happen would have been a "talking to of the risks of prostitution" and nothing more, but the circumstances just told me to leave.
I did reconnect with xxSexxiLexxi and apologized for ditching the meet, and I think we are good now.
Report it when you suspect it

1) you're protecting a child from predators, which is extremely important imo. A 17 year old is still a child by the law and morally.
2) you're getting her off the site, even if only temporarily until she creates a new profile, which is protecting the rest of us too.
SA removed the account I reported below immediately after I submitted the screenshot of her admitting she's 17.
