Tineye didn't show much in the way of probable hits. On to Google Images search.
By using a combination of image search and some text searches (once I found a few different numbers for her) and also using some other research sites like ErtcMgShts, I finally found a listing on anoT-h-ER site on her NY number xx4-886-5108.
