Copy of ID or employee badge. Just black out personal info. Usually that is enough for them. Once you're verified they'll ask which girl and time. They'll give you the location close to appt time. 100+ for outcall and not all girls will do outcall. VAC is south away from the strip. I'd say a 15 to 20 min drive depending where you are. I think earlier is better. They are usually in a better mood when you're one of the first of the day IMO. No advice really.
