Under Ohio law, this would be considered prostitution. The touching of an erogenous zone of another for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification is considered sexual conduct.
Regardless, the lady's real problem is the felony promoting prostitution charge. She also has an ongoing felony case in Cuyahoga County.

I haven't yet experienced an AMP, and thought about giving it a go just for the sheer convenience of the location. Glad I didn't now, because it sounds like a waste of time and money. I can stay home and jerk off totally free of charge. Why would I go somewhere else and pay to do it?

I was there yesterday. The girl spoke very decent English and there wasn't the slightest hint of extra. So, they are either still operating, or using it as a front to catch guys.
