I just applied for the GE card. Took about two weeks for preliminary approval. Haven't tried to schedule an interview yet, so don't know how much time that will take.
I applied on-line. Pretty easy. The interviews in the SD area are only at Otay Mesa and San Ysidro (at least as I read the GE info).
Interview takes about a month. Actual interview is done in 15 minutes. Otay Mesa there is a parking lot (and the scheduling is a little easier).
If you check back on the GOES site every hour or so, interviews open up as people cancel. You may get lucky and find one in a few days or a week or so. I got one a week out after a day or so of checking. (I sit at a computer all day anyway, hitting "reload" every half hour doesn't eat much time.).
If you're down for a drive to Calexico, you can get an interview there within a day or two.

So True.
The best combination of things to have is a passport card to get into Mexico and a Global Entry (or Sentri) card to get out. No stamps when going south. No delays when going north. Everything fits easily alongside your other cards.
A passport alone will do the job, but expect stamps going south and delays going north.
This is very good advice, it is what I have. Life is too short for border hassle in either direction, and these two cards are the way to go.
Plus, these two cards are a lot easier to stash securely than trying to securely hold onto a passport book.
Short week in Mexico. Went into Tijuana three times. First time no joy. None of my favorites but as I was getting my super carnitas torta in front of the Playboy Club saw what looked like a sawbuck on the ground next to the cart. Yep it was a $10 on the ground and being mostly yellow nobody picked it up. All mine. Next day met a deportee named Yolanda near the corner of the alley where the USA walkers congregate. Bargain rate. Took her to my fav ST hotel. Absolutely no tits but thighs of a gymnast. Semi-GFE and pounded her till the nut. Gave her 350 pesos for the good service. Crossing over today and the spinner SG I saw on Friday texts me. Been on the rag since I saw her last Fri. So hasn't worked and no money so pretty desperate. She asked if I could lend her whatever I wanted or maybe have a session. I was in a horndog mode and lending to these putas is a lost cause. Did the usual warmup and then had her do her usual great BBBJ. I could have nutted in her mouth as she was expecting but went mish instead. She wasn't feeling too sure of her going cg in case there was still leftovers from her period. Fuck that I went for it. Pounded her in mish till her legs hurt and nutted. Made a tentative date for next week for todo la noche at my place in Rosarito. Still prefer the sister of my ex ATF for todo the noche but whomever comes up first.
What do you mean thighs of a gymnist. You mean she's super thick? Yum.

I'm planning on going to Tijuana soon. Can anyone recommend me places where there's a lot of fat girls with big butts? I love fat girls who have huge butts.
What do you mean thighs of a gymnist. You mean she's super thick? Yum.
She had no tits and very full strong thighs like a gymnast has. All the jumping builds up the thighs and all the physical exertion eats up all the body fat so tits are tiny. My niece was a world class gymnast.

On the East side where the hill flattens out there is a big girl wearing glasses with a thick but not fat body and huge tits during the afternoon.

Not sure where the complaints of a 6 month process are coming from. I applied right around mid-May and could have wrapped it up this week.
BareB. How was the quantity and quality of the TB girls? Some people like the new renovation and layout but most don't, is it still all lit up with lighting?
TTM.
Sorry, I've been frequenting another board and not getting over here as often.
TB is a bit odd. At Adelitas, you can see the same girls over and over and prob multiple years. However, I've been hitting TB every weekend for last 5-6 weeks (goin to Tijuana tomorrow but won't hit TB this time) and its usually NOT the same. I sort of pick out a favorite but then I won't see them a 3rd time.
That said, the girls are quality. Don't expect Hong Kong but if you like young (19-25) Latinas, youll find at least one. Just grad a 2 for 1 beer for $3. 50 or so, grab a table and just chill awhile. Fichas (drinks) for the girls are about $8 and then you can drag your fav on the dance floor or whatever she's up for at the tables. Going upstairs there is variable around $60-80 but be ready for the doorman to ask a $1 for nothing.
I mostly like the renovation. The lighting is good, don't sit right next to the DJ as the subwoofer is crazy hard hitting which gets annoying. I usually sit by the dance floor.

Global entry card
How long after the interview does it tend to take?

Currency
I have $3000 in a debit account at a San Diego area credit union that I do this with. I can withdraw $500 daily for six days and after selling back the pesos have $3000 on my hands plus about 3000 pesos profit. I spend the approximately 3000 pesos on beer, food, and women. I then make a trip across the border to deposit the $3000 back into my debit account and start all over again. Since May 9 (just after mother's day) I have been in Mexico 30 of the 35 days so I have done this 30 times and my profit from this is between 14,500 and 15,000 pesos. About $850 so the return on the same $3000 I've churned five times through is 28% in 35 days. A heck of a lot better than 1/4 of 1% a bank would give you after one year.
This is a grand idea. But it begs the question, obviously the mexicans know the daily banking exchange rate, and any currency exchange I've been to in the world has given a lower rate, or taken a fee / commission. So how are these currency exchanges stay afloat if they are losing money?
