Not pointing any fingers, but you find a poster claiming to be reliable. Say they have been around for years just haven't posted. So why should anybody give them any numbers if they haven't shared in the past? That's all the more reason not to share info with them. That just says they have been around trying to get a free ride without the foot work at our expense. To me they are just trying to get what they can from other members and contribute nothing. We all have to go through the same process of contribution. You singled nobody out. That's what makes this site what it is. People don't need to like it that is just the rules we go by. So to bad. Some are upset, snide, confused, crying cause they can't get info on someone, isn't that about as sad as it gets. Let them get it the same way you got it instead of always having their hand out. They can get charity at St. Francis. They can always find a one post wonder site. No need to stay here if they don't want to go through what the rest of us went through and go through daily to find what they can't or won't go out and find for themselves. We have put in countless hours doing what's necessary to bring to the site good solid info. The senior members here took great risk to get to the level they are at here. Give them the respect they deserve. My suggestion to any and all that may find this a hard pill to swallow is to put in the time, the risk, the posts, and one day you will also be a senior member. Until then you must endure the path the rest of us took. Personally I think it takes a lot of balls to ask for anything without contribution. I know senior members here that will gladly share info with regular members if the receiver is going to share something of value in return. So what is fair is fair. To all that are not senior members. You are the one that controls your level on this site. Not us. You are at the regular level because you just haven't contributed what it takes to be a senior member. Most regular members accept the rules and just do what it takes. Others think they are entitled. Well, I'm here to tell you, you got it all wrong. Only you can do something about your level here. Senior members do not make each other what they are. We make ourselves what we are. So you want to be treated like senior members? Then do what it takes to get there. Until then maybe you should accept that or talk to a priest instead of crying here. They are very good listeners cause I just can't hear you.
I encourage every senior member here to follow this same path. You have paid your dues. You have proven your worth here. It is you that have risked bodily injury and jail time to get to your level. You have gone through the hard dry spells. Why should anyone else be any different. Keep a tight bond. Share nothing with those who will not or have not shared with the rest of us. There is an actual park / wooded area there at I St. And Cayuga St. It runs to Castor where the golf course is. There used to be a through road to the boulevard area from I St. And Ramona St. If I'm not mistaken the actual name was Fishers Lane. We always called it Snake Road. That was where there were areas to park under the Wyoming Ave, bridge. You could bang the gong and nobody would care to much. To many bodies turned up there so it was closed off.
As far as I know the park has no legal public road access. I'm sure where there's a will there is a way. Just not a real safe way.

Keebler, United News, Cuneo Press, Franks Beverage, Coke, was all there providing good jobs to the neighborhood for those that wanted to work. Only one left with any decent jobs now is Coke Plant. People walked to work back then.
Now it has changed for the worse. Lots of dealer and wannabes living there. People that value a loud radio in a junker auction car more than a decent home. Upper Kensington, Lower Frankford would be a better name for the area. Very few working-class people left there.
There's a few spots in that area if you know where to go to play the game. I wouldn't trust doing any playground business in any of the houses there, although there are plenty available. Aundrea was one of many that would invite people over for some activity only to rob them and send they on their way. A lot of the girls from Buckius would tell the guys they have a place. They would go to that area and not be very happy when they left.
The pimps would arrange a rental there and put the girls to work. Only to screw them over.
So long story short the answer to your question is yes, there is a park there. You could take a guest to the park for outdoor activity. Park discretely and walk to the woods there. Because the park does have houses on two sides, I St and Cayuga, there's a high probability you would be detected entering and leaving. Like everywhere, keep your eyes and ears open. So much for memory lane. I second Gator's cautioning. To put in perspective, I heard when you play the golf course, it is recommended that you do not play the holes on the other side of Wyoming with nothing less than a foursome. You can get robbed.
