Under the law, the money will provide funds to rehabilitate ex-hookers.

“We’re doing the best to enforce as many parts of the ordinance as we can,” police spokeswoman Elaine Driscoll said yesterday.

Flaherty discovered at a recent hearing on sexual exploitation that the city had shelved the bylaw, passed by the 13-member council and signed by Mayor Thomas M. Menino in November 2004.

The law was the brainchild of Hyde Park Councilor Robert Consalvo, who yesterday said he was “pleased” at the effort to put the law to use. “We thought it would be a very effective tool in ridding the city of prostitution,” Consalvo said.

The Menino administration had failed to inform the council that the bylaw wasn’t being enforced and last week gave a litany of reasons why the law was unenforcable[/QUOTE]

I am sure the tow trucks are owned by a fellow city official's son,or whatever.I am also sure the JOHN program in effect is an easier program to show off the hard line "WE THE CITY ARE DOING SOMETHING ON CRIME"


It's a much better cause'"WHOOOOWAS/JOHNS" than stopping the drug trade, immigration problems, or any of the 1000 other potential problems going on around town.

This is the third time recently I've seen listed on bpdnews.com of them busting "Johns". And it pretty much seems to be the BHA / Dot ave area's. Not really CT or chelsea per say. Seems as if they are targeting the lower class, but then again CT has pretty much dried up. Freaking @$$holes!. How about taking some of that money and investing it in pot hole repair.

1. Councilor at Large Michael F. Flaherty only discovered the shelved bylaw after the Herald reported it. (It's been 3 1/2 yrs You Idiot)

4. Mumbles Menino may be stupid, but he's smart enough to leave me alone!

Conclusion:
1. When Councilor at Large Michael F. Flaherty dodged that bullet on Dot Ave. he wasn't worried about hookers then! When he runs for Mayor he won't get my Vote!
2. Hyde Park Councilor Robert Consalvo forgets about that after hours club in his district last year. Can you say dirty cops?
3. Menino realizes Mongers are good for the City's economy! Always has been!!!

Doesn't your car get towed and impounded anyways when you get arrested for soliciting? Assuming you are in a car. Assuming you can make bail right away, your car stays in jail for 48 hours? How fucked up is that? It's like the FemNazis taking away the licenses of dead beat dads - No car, no job, no job, no pay child support. Just another example of moral politicians who are closet johns, tax evaders and criminals.

I think Mumbles (well his people) didn't want to enforce the law because it won't be upheld the first time it's challenged.

My last two attempts:

One, a drizzily Friday night in CT / Dot. From 7-12 ish only saw two girls. One WSW and one BSW. Neither of which I would pick up.

Two. a nice day in CT/PDA. Nothing, nothing, and nothing. Perhaps I'm not staying late enough. But even the last time I was out late. It was just one or two sketch balls.

I blame the weather. Almost June and the heat is still on. WTF? Once it gets warmer, if ever, things should pick up

I took a ride Thursday night. Hit CT around 11:30 and drove around about 45 mins. Saw alot of nothing.

I then hit Dot Ave. I saw one near Burger King. Someone got her before I could turn around. She was a good looker too. I rode up through Fields corner and saw two possibles walking together. I pulled over and waited for them to cath up to me. The LE popped out of a side street so off I went.

Hopefully the weather will warm up and the hunting will be easier and the pickings better.

hit CT the other night early, around 8:30. Instantly saw two younger WSW's. Both a bit chunky, but cute. Picked up one, and realized she was WAISTED. I'm assuming meth. So I lied to her and said i didn't have my wallet. Then about 10 Minutes later, saw a third WSW, Picked her up and she was a sweet heart. A crack/Heroin addict(admittedly). On my way back north I hit Chelsea (9:30) and saw one chunky but cute WSW near the bakery/RR. It was raining the entire time too. There is hope
