That is so gross. I have also seen this here in Southern California. Some nerve of them to reuse the same towels. I remember seeing on this board people reporting getting rashes from the dirty linens. Just straight nasty. Might as well get a massage on the ground. Hahaha.

That being said, in a short period of time I had hit up two AMPs in the earlier part of this year; one was QV, the other was the one by Starbucks on Stephanie. Not too long after, I developed a weird rash around the corners of my eyes, by my temples. It didn't itch or hurt or anything, just these red bumps that were rather noticeable. It WOULD NOT go away, freaked me the F*** out! Not sure which one it was, but I got it at one of those places. If you ever contract something like that, the only way I found to get rid of it on your own after much frantic research (I didn't go to a doctor, no health insurance + embarrassment factor) is actually very simple - generic, "no tears" baby shampoo. Keep your eyes closed, but scrub all around them and it did finally go away after 7-10 days of doing that diligently every time I took a shower and didn't return after I stopped. I've heard that you can do the same thing with anti-dandruff shampoo, but if you get it in your eyes, it's going to burn like hell. The lack of sanitation at these places is pretty gross and there's not much you can do about it but accept it or stop going. I've always thought that all AMPs have this unpleasant smell of a clogged drain or something underneath the cloying scent of lotion and "musk". I know that a lot of guys consider a table shower as a must when hitting up these places. I finally tried one on a lark and I doubt that I would ever repeat that. It wasn't a turn on for me at all, a large part of which I think was that I was just too grossed out by the smell and the idea that countless other dudes had had all their filth rinsed off in there, gross!

Scene a lot of queries, but not many reviews of this place. I've been there a few times now and guys, this place is a value jackpot! I've only ever been there pretty late, around 3AM, so I can't speak for the daytime scene. I've only spotted 3 different girls working here at night and they are mid 30's and fairly plain looking I will admit. But they absolutely give the best service here and it's cheap. I don't think anything more than HE is on the menu and their clothes are staying on, but if you're just looking for a nice place to relax and do your thing without blowing your whole wad (no pun intended, haha), this is the place to go. The foot massage, which is actually inclusive of your legs as well is a damn good rub down. They soak your feet in this warm, pleasant smelling tub first (which I do believe gets changed out thankfully), give you water or green tea to drink and are completely concerned with your comfort at all times. I actually had one girl there, Dana, offer me a full body massage at no extra charge. That portion was kind of so-so, stick with the foot massage, but still, it was nice. I've seen Dana there twice. She's kind of hard to understand, but great service. I was initially a little disappointed (they said on the phone they had 4 girls available, when I got there it was only her, no other mongerers there tying up the other girls either), but checking her out close up she's really not bad looking for her age and quite sweet. Ended up spending 1.5 hours with me the first time and more like 2 hours the second time, total damage was only 80-100. And she's the type that kind of accepts what you give her if you're fair with her and waits until after to collect, which I always appreciate a lot. I'm a good tipper with these girls, but when they get too grabby about the money it puts me off a bit. They have a late night special, I think it's 11PM-6AM, it's only $40 for an hour, so if you don't like what you're getting into, it didn't cost you much. This place definitely won't feed your every wild desire, but it's a good place to add to your mongering diet IMHO, especially if you're on a budget!

Been maybe 2 months since I've been there, but saw Yumi over there twice, I do believe she's still there. Yumi is a pretty damn good looking girl for an AMP IMO. She's about 30, Japanese, with bleached blonde hair which is kind of a nice twist with a lot of these girls looking the same, nice brown skin and a pretty smokin' body, even shaved downtown which is a rarity with all these Shanghai gals running around. Her looks get an A from me. That aside, she is going to rush you and get after your cash quick. Her massage started out pretty decent, but I paid for an hour and after ten minutes TOPS, she's asking me for the flip. I pretty much told her she was going to have to rub me longer than that. But she just kept getting after me for the extras. Good news is, she's hot and has a full menu at a fair price. She's just quicker to business than I like. She did give me her number though and said she offers outcall. I haven't taken her up on that (can't host), but that's not too common in my experience. Worth a spin. I know that both times I went there were other girls there, but I didn't get a look at them. YMMV.

In addition, I would suggest Eastern Spa (just south of Flamingo) and Sunset Spa (just east of Pecos) for good deals. Eastern has a HH $18 foot massage and Sunset has the same for $28. (At least that was true as of a month or two ago; I assume things have stayed the same in this economy.)
I first reported on Herbal #8 on 03/04/09 and found things to be similar to this report. Eastern and Sunset Spas each have their pros and cons, but they're certainly worthwhile for the budget minded.

If this is the same Yumi that used to work at the Massage on Sunset, that got torn down for that video poker bar, then she went down the street to the foot massage place by the auto parts store, she will call you at least once a week.

I've heard from other girls that she is actually Chinese, but pretends to be Japanese. Good full service, but I agree that she rushes and is a money grabber. Her hair color changes every now and again. Also, she can be quite moody. She call you up and be all sweet and come see me. You call her back 15 minutes later and she acts so tired like she just pulled a train with a whole football team.

She is good at the full service, but her other attributes made me believe that it wasn't worth it.

Just my opinion.

Most Dandruff shampoos have anti fungal agents. Nizoral is the best IMO.
I got those bumps(they itched) where my fingers meet my hand in a couple of spots. I put an over the counter antibiotic cream on my hand and it went away. I have the girls work my hands. I think I got it at herbal foot on warm springs.

They prob don't wash their hands well.

I'm thinking of giving up on those amps and just find a regular massage woman that will give HE (thats all I want).

I was in town last week for a few days and had to try QV Spa. The girl was name Lilly or something like that, didn't speak the greatest English, atleast until it was time to talk tip. The massage was probably one of the best I have had in any of these places. I also like the shower in the room.

I just started visiting AMP's and found this site last year so I haven't posted much but sure appreciate the site. I am coming to LV in a couple of weeks, staying on the strip w/o a car. It sounded like I should check out the Sahara area off of the monorail and possibly QV spa. Someone gave the spa around Wigwam & Spencer an A+ but which one is that? I am glad you guys post more than we do in Phx but maybe its because you have more choices. If the tables don't treat me right, I will keep the foot massage spas in mind. They sound like a good deal.

If anyone has any other suggestions let me know. I like the massage to be worth the entrance fee and of course I like/need the extras. I don't ask for much, just all 9's for a dime. Ha!
