Legit massage

Pros: Below market pricing for the rest of 2020 but rates going up in 2021. Decent massage with great pressure but not as experienced as other MTs in terms of knowledge. Great body but strictly legit.

Cons: Limited availability. This is her side hustle so I understand that between her primary job and family time it's what is left over; need to book far in advance through her website. Every appointment I've had she's texted me to reschedule a little later which wasn't a problem for me since I didn't have a busy schedule but can be annoying for some. She books her appointments too close together. As I was let in I saw the last appointment leaving and as I left I saw the next appointment. No shower to wash off the oil used but she gives you baby wipes.

Biggest con: She's very talkative with me but you can tell she zones out as she stops listening mid conversation. Later on she might ask you the same question or repeat the same thing. I'd rather just have a silent relaxing session if she's going to try to talk to me but not listen.

Verdict: At 2020 rates I think her massage is a good experience. What she lacks in MT knowledge is made up for in the cheaper price. Doubt I'll see her in 2021 since theres just better MTs out there at her 2021 pricing.

Finally took a chance to get a massage. Was able to make an appointment with Wassana. Arrived at lobby of 118X Bishop Street and she greeted me. We went to a different location than the last time. They moved to a smaller location. Since they have less appointments, it made sense to downsize. New location was nice and neat and had a shower. Her massage was great as usual. After loosening the muscles, she went on to some great stretching. She was pleasant as usual and can carry on a conversation while massaging. I was glad I went. Didn't see anyone else but there was another girl on stand-by. Happy holidays!

I was fortunate to get an appointment with Jing recently She is located in the same building as Wassana. Petite Asian lady. She has a small nice place with a shower. She gave a great deep massage. Different style than Wassana and used her feet to break up the knots. Massage was painfully good. She told that her regulars can handle deeper pressure and usually schedule for 90 minutes. She was very sweet, holds a good conversation, and not a clock watcher. Consistent with other reviews. Recommend and plan to go again after the holidays. Happy hunting!

Cons: when she gets distracted by the chatting she doesn't go as strong as she normally can LOL.

Anyway went to this place in Waikiki last week. Saw a friendly but homely looking woman 40-something Asian woman named Shirley who was the only one there and is the owner. On my way to shower, I see the place is set up for more foot massages than anything else with tons of comfortable chairs against the wall but only one or two rooms for massage. After shower, she shows me to the room, which has a window / hole in wall near the ceiling for ventilation. A 6'2 dude could walk by and see what's happening the room.

When she comes in, she gets to work, and her medium massage was actually really hard. One of the harder massages I've had on this island. She can tell just from touch where I'm tight, and she focused in on those areas, which is a great sign. No play at all, no hints of it, but good hard deep tissue massage. (I wouldn't want play in a room with a window in it anyway LOL). I tipped her well afterwards and will likely go back. She was appreciative and encouraged me to come back. Fully recommend.

The new Therapists that are rolling into town don't give me the massage satisfaction.

Visited Yaya spa at CC, legit, tried 4 of the 10 Therapists there. Mostly Chinese. Saw Viki 2 times now. Strong technique with lots of Thai stretching that I requested. Nothing more. Would recommend. YMMV.

Went to Siam Thai CC saw 3 of the Therapists there. Thai stretching specialists. Latest one was so good a 2nd visit is necessary before I can recommend name in case it was just a one time. Nothing more. YMMV.

I don't go deep, but like it strong with lots of stretching now. Body feels good. No more pain. Enjoy.

Did you try Anna at Yaya? She gives a quality massage, no hint of funny business.
