Stings on both North Vic and 5th. Painfully obvious to anyone paying attention. Saw a guy getting busted on North Vic, surrounded by 6 LEO. Don't think it was a traffic stop. Nice blond on 5th. I never pick up on the first pass. Several unmarked on side streets and she wanted to negotiate thru window. Even if I'm wrong, better safe than sorry.
Forgot to mention that bust on North Vic was actually coming off side street onto Vic.
Fifteen minutes after previous report, was on South Cic. There was a LEO convention at one gas station and a girl and guy getting busted at another. The second time I also gave her $100, but I probably didn't need to give her that much. I did it as an investment for later.
