Even a lot of the ones that change the sheet in front of you have been known to just fold that sheet up and re-use it as clean as long as it doesn't have bodily fluids on it. I've elaborated on that enough times in here in the past, including some long conversations in the rants thread, so I won't get into it again here. Suffice to say that virtually none of the shops in this hobby have the capacity or the infrastructure to wash as many sheets as they would use in a day, so almost all of them take shortcuts.
