I always felt bad for most of these girls because they got stuck in a moment and the can't get out of it (U2). I spent 5 + years seeing a girl here in Bradenton. Candi. Many of you guys that have been on the board for a while have heard of her. She had many St. Pete regs. And some of you I know knew her. She spent some time in jail on felony drug charges. Did her time and could not find a job that paid well enough to be on her own. Was introduced to this line of work by an "friend" who ended up taking advantage of her. She told me that the first year she was in the biz that she made $250,000. I don't know if that figure is true or not but I do know that during that time she rented 2 hotel rooms at a time and also spent 6 months renting a Dodge Charger on a daily basis as well as shopping nearly every day so I know she was raking it in. I can't tell you how many times she told me about being ripped off or just plain losing her money somewhere. How could someone making so much money not find a place to live other than a hotel? Her felony charge made that almost impossible and she did not have a job that she could use as a reference. And she did drugs. Not heroin, crack or meth but she once told me that it got to the point where she would have to do a couple of lines of coke to be able to stand another guy she did not know climb on top of her and fuck her. So she spent 5 years living in different hotels and as time went on she could not keep up the pace and her service suffered as well so she went from being rich to calling me to come see her 3-4 times week so she could make rent. Just a serious mess. By the time she did get her own place to live (thanks to her daughter) she was not able actually manage her life well enough to keep the place. It seems that taking your hard earned money and doing things like paying water and electric and phone bills was too difficult. My reason for this long tale is that I suspect most (not all) of these girls are flat out incapable of taking care of themselves in a normal fashion. They get there money if they can't spend it on something tangible then they don't do it. That makes for a hard, hard life for them. So I for one will try to help Veronica. I will advise her to put her money in the bank and stay away from drugs. I doubt that she will do it because if they are doing this type of work they are already making bad choices. I guess the point that I am rambling on about is that most of these girls are "broken" in one way or another so try to cut them some slack. A little kindness goes a long way with a lot of them. JR.

Drugs are hell, but until they decide to change their life there's nothing anyone can do. It starts from within. Until then they'll do / say anything and everything, use their family, use their friends, use YOU, all to chase their drug of choice.
You just can't trust their word because they're so good at manipulating people.
