The website has stills and video and you get a pretty good idea what happens. Based on the current report and the one from Dec 14, it doesn't sound like much has changed. This set-up reminds me of the Tri-County Gangbangs from a few years ago.

They call themselves the DC Gloryhole Club. They have a Yahoo group and a website as well.
