I've been seeing her for 8 years, and I can categorically say that she has never mentioned price a single time during our session, and she's never asked for a tip after. Just accepted what I offered. We'd just go with the flow, and I never asked nor pushed anything. We let nature take its course, so to speak. That isn't to say I don't tip generously, I do. But I'm not paying anything close to what you were asked for, and from the sound of it, getting much better service. If it was a one time deal, it would be expensive. So I can see both situations.
