I could be wrong but I've always used "lazy doggy" to describe what some experts call "jockey style", see link to Bad Girl's Bible with illustration below. According to Ask Men, the “Lazy Dog” is basically just doggy but you're both lying down, see link below. I've dealt with restless leg syndrome that nearly kicked the dog off the bed, rotating 90 or 180 degrees and even moving her arms like she was tossing pizza dough in the air.
