Maybe Nora did a swicheroo on me a few weeks ago, but my experience was quite different. Although the lady was willing to please and very friendly, needed a shower, no makeup, hair up in bun, room was a mess, dirty sink and toliet, no towels, big bowls of dog food sitting around. Evidence of a habit. Should have walked out. Lesson learned.
