I have seen Winter a few times previously with RCC and independently. My last experience 3/19 was quite disturbing. Met at incall location and asked for gift upfront to secure location. Asked me to stay in car, she went in and disappeared. Called / msged her but no response. Straight cash and dash. I knew she has rec issues but didn't expect this. Will not be seeing her again.
