Went to X this afternoon and met Ruby. 4'11 85 ls big nips and big lips downstairs. I had to wait in the room for 15 minutes for her. She said no TS and 1/2 only due to it being very busy. Open menu and she put the cover on during 69. Said she has been here a few days and has 2 or 3 weeks left. I will try to return and see her again. What is the usual up charge for 1/2 hour with FS?

Never had a problem or issue. Maybe one time, when asked for more, or if they say what do you usually pay, my explanation of it's always $120/$140 suffices with no issues.

Is it generally best to schedule an appt for X, or is dropping in ok? I'm hoping to visit on Monday around 11:00 AM. I generally like to walk in, since travel times can vary greatly in the Chicagoland area for me.

They will still take who walks in the door to ensure the steady flow of revenue. If there are two ladies available and someone walks in, then the one with the upcoming appointment will defer to the other. Calling when you are in the parking lot, or just before you arrive to check if you can get in right away is usually a good idea.
She was in the emergency room last weekend. She's ok, but may be under the weather right now.

Yes, they have younger hotter FS ladies, but they, often times, are literally on an assembly line and go through their routine and get you out the door (even if not shorted on time). I have come to just expect that, and still go every 6 months or so when I want something a little hotter without any bullshit. Not disappointed by the mechanical lackluster effort. I know what I am getting. Momo is certainly the exception to this. BTW, the last clue of times I saw Momo she was at X, not MT.

As an FYI, when I was working in a not to be named Asian country, the factory cafe served food on styrofoam plates and cups. Chopstick were wooden.
After lunch, I saw my local co workers tearing holes in the plates, and from the lip of the cups. Chop sticks were snapped. I asked "why are you doing this?
The reply: " So we can be sure they don't reuse it".

Moreover, when then get a cover from the client at the very beginning, they do not ask silly questions and know what's expected.
