As I have stated many times, my line of work has taken me close to these clubs since 1991. If I tell you all something about the inner workings of these clubs, it is not a guess or speculation. It is fact.

To address your other statements, here is day two of Mike's Strip Club School.

You want to see new blood. Doesn't every club manager wish it was that easy? The clubs are at the mercy of the girls that show up wanting to work. They can't make them stay. A new dancer gives a club about three hours to make her target number. That number is usually unrealistic and she's trying to hit it startingnat 7:00 PM on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Those four clubs are one and done for her. The club she hits on Friday comes close to making her number and she stays. Then come the first weekday she works and does not make weekend money, she is gone.

In almost a quarter century, I have seen one club owner who didn't let this happen and that was the guy who owned Daddy-O's way back when. He would fire a manager who hired an ugly girl and always said they were never so desparate that they needed to hire a girl who was not up to standards.

Again, these are not theories or speculations. This is how it works. I realize it is hard for anyone to wrap their head around the twisted business model of the strip club industry. It resembles nothing from the real business world. You just have to remember these clubs' very existence relies on girls who can't follow work schedules, want to come and go as they please from work, and are all used to doing as they please because men have always buckled to them.

I must say, I was very disappointed by YS last weekend.

I went there last sat, and there were several girls working. I usually don't even go to strip clubs because I would much rather get a girl from BP and fuck her in the comfort of my home than at some club. Being a new guy the girls are going to side with caution (there was a bust there in Aug 2012). Instead of places in Tampa I would go check out the clubs in Pasco or Pinellas.

Tampa just doesn't match up to Miami in quality. But again, for decent quality with decent chance for fun are YS, Atlantis, Oasis and Vegas (this is older info as haven't really gone in a while). The best looking girls and comparable to Miami are at Mons and 2001 but no fully satisfying fun.

Some just have more limits than others. Some will do not do certain races, some have an age limit, or some will not do guys with poor hygiene. Their are girls who won't do extras with me, but have done them with people I know, and vice versa. You just have to talk to the girl and see if their is any chemistry between the two of you. Also in my experience don't approach the newer girls about extras. Let them work in the club a little bit, and get a feel for the environment. Once they see how popular certain girls are, and what regular customers expect they will open up more. I had a girl walk out on me one time. A few months later, she was doing BBBJ, while playing with her toys at the same time. Most women have a price and breaking point, you just have to be patient, and know how to exploit it. It is well liked. "Best" is a matter of opinion.

If you like strip clubs, you have to visit Mons Venus at least once.

There's no substitute for doing your own research, including reading many, many postings in this thread.

In my opinion, you will have a better time if you come prepared to drop a few hundred over the course of an evening. Pace yourself. Don't get drunk. If you just have one or two nights in town, make an itinerary and stick to it (more or less). If you like variety, do not stay in one place too long. Two hours is probably too long. Don't get drunk and be careful where you put your stuff.

I'm sure most of you locals know where this place is, but for the traveling mongers like me. It's located at 8829 W Hillsborough road, or Tampa road, just east of Oldsmar where I was staying. What a little dump! I'm saying that in a nice way because I'm more comfortable in dives than in the chrome and polished wood places. I didn't know it was a bikini bar, which was surprising and disappointing but we had a good time anyway. Here's the good deal. A bucket of 5 beers (crappy bud) was only $10. Not too shabby. 0-3 Friday night at Ponytails, Pink Pony and Envy. Managers at 2 of the places were in and out of VIP like I've never seen. Did the cops start paying more attention to the clubs?

I don't know if its BS or not. And at DD they were making the girls use pasties. Takes some of the fun out of it in my opinion. Then there was the raid on the chicken coup - but that was drug motivated as I understand it. Don't know for sure about that either. But there is an election coming up in a week, so some times it pays to be a little cautious.

CH went to class act on Florida ave recently. He said the place is nice, the girls are cute and friendly. Just a bikini bar. He didn't go there looking for extras. He did get a couple dances. The girl told him after the manager scolded her for straddling. So this place is really up tight. But he had fun. Prob won't go back. If your looking for extras or a good VIP room don't bother going here.
