Arville and Spring Mountain would have the most. On the Northeast corner there is Zudao, Macau Health, New Shanghai and another foot place. And across the street on the Southeast corner there are 2 more upstairs. One foot and one body place.

The easiest thing to do is just take a cab to Sunset Station, there's plenty of good AMPs within walking distance and you can always get a taxi back at the hotel. Or if you want a guaranteed ride then take a taxi somewhere and ask the driver for their number before you leave. All cabbies have a cell phone you can call when you want them to come pick you up, and they're usually happy for the fare unless it's a weekend or big convention where they make a lot of money from Strip rides (or if you're a lousy tipper). Alternatively, you could just get a bus ticket. $20 gets you unlimited rides for three days and they'll take you pretty much anywhere in Vegas or Henderson that you want to go. They have an app for smartphones too so it's easy to see when and where the next one is coming.
If you're absolutely hellbent on walking to an AMP for some reason, I'll second that Spring Mountain Road has the most, they're about 2. 3 miles west of the Wynn. You can also go a couple blocks north to Sahara or Oakey, just about every strip mall up there has an AMP in it. Or you can just go on Craigslist (Therapeutic) or Backpage (Body Rubs) and find any AMPs near you, there's plenty of them around.

I have a similar story about how my friends (who I will refer to as friend A and friend B) got taken for about $300 a person. This was several years ago, but I assume the scam remains the same. Friends where having a good time and decided to take a taxi to a strip club. The scammer taxi driver tells them about this great place where for $200 a hot chick will spend 1 hour with you doing whatever you want, suck you, fuck you, whatever. Thinking this is Vegas and anything goes here, friends A and B take the cabbie up on the offer. They are driven to some MP-ish place where they had to pay $300 up front. There werent private rooms, it was just a big room with curtained cubicles with massage tables.
Friend A goes with a pretty hot chick to the massage table and gets the worst massage on earth. 1st warning sign something was wrong was that the chick barely touched him and appeared to be avoiding as much contact as possible. There was also very little privacy since you can hear everything going on in the room and there wasnt the type of odor you was expect from a place used for sex often. Friend A then hears friend B yelling "what the fuck?" and sounds of some sort of argument or commotion. Turns out friend B tried to feel up his chick since the lame massage was taking too long and then eventually realized that they were not going to get anything out of it short of a shitty massage. The scammers realize the jig is up so they send in their trump card, a 350lb gorilla dressed up to slightly resemble a security guard. It "escorts" the 2 out as the ladies repeat over and over that prostitution is illegal.
Lesson here is to read up and do research or you will be scammed / arrested / etc. Don't trust cabbies! Now I'm sure some of you are assuming that I am friend A in this story since the story is told from the viewpoint of friend A and that my username starts with an A. I can only say that it wasnt me and the details of this story were what I was able to get out of friend A. I'm sure theres more details to this story, but this is all I could get out of my friend.
