I'm no cop and I can spot a monger's truck or car everytime. Few if any of us drive monger-mobiles that "fit" the area. The newer vehicles are us guys or top-of-the chain drug dealers rolling thru to find a date or move product. LE knows this better than we do.
More than likely they were genuinely concerned about your welfare, or possibly just curious about why you were in PH hood and lost? If they wanted to finger you, you would have been detained for 30 minutes or more, interrogated thoroughly, threatened, possibly ticketed with a BS minor violation, and sent your way if they could not get you to "confess" or "find" something better on you.
I would not worry until they stop you again and press the ante up on you. It is not illegal to drive the streets, but LE can make it seem this way if they want; and often do! Be safe and good hunting. MW

Cruised around the eastside for a while this afternoon. There were a few girls out but there was also leo out on Franklin for a bit. Saw a redhead walking, she looked like she was freezing. I rolled looking for a gem, and found a real hottie on Franklin. But she was going to and from the Leith store. Then just before the Krissy date, after dark, I found another nice one on Iowa. But that would have resulted in cancelling on Krissy about 15 minutes before the time, so I passed.
